My aunt resided in SRRR for almost 3 years. She moved there from her long time apartment with her cat at a time when she was living with dementia and reducing function due to social isolation and challenges with maintaining her routine on her own. The transition for her was amazing - SRRR is a well designed facility, but the real magic of SRRR is its staff. Angela and Lisa are key, experienced managers who demonstrate genuine concern and care for the residents to support the highest quality of life. My aunt was supported in her transition to SRRR by every staff member, who are clearly selected for their compassion and competence. Most are very long term employees. Last summer the Blossom Program was introduced. This specialized program was ideal for my aunt, providing her with additional stimulation and opportunities to bring her joy every day. It was a huge benefit to my aunt. I am very happy for my aunt that we found SRRR. As a result of her move to SRRR her quality of life and happiness improved dramatically.

My parents have been here 6.5 years and I have spent much time recently having meals with my dad while mom is in hospital. The staff here are incredible. Hiring is done well here! Shoutout to Maryna who runs an incredible team here with meals and serving! Healthcare worker Jerry is also a rockstar! Love this guy! Best retirement residence by far here!

I absolutely love Seine River, it is a fabulous place. There's lots of really nice people there and lots of fun-filled activities. There's quite a few nice walking paths to enjoy the outdoors.

The general tone of SRRR is very friendly. This describes all the staff. It also applies to all the residents. Some adjectives which I would apply to the staff are: obliging, helpful, respectful, curious, approachable, and supportive.

My mother resided at Seine River Retirement Residence from 2016 to 2020. She was very happy living there and loved her suite, the staff and the beautiful dining experience. As my mom was in beginning stages of dementia, she did visit the front desk often with requests of all sorts, which were always taken care of. The staff had time for queries and were always kind and helpful. The staff also helped me by listening to my concerns regarding my mom and never made me feel awkward. They treat their residents like their own family and that was very apparent with mom.. I would honestly recommend Seine River Retirement for your loved ones.

I am the owner of Leapfrog Moving Specialists, Inc. We provide full service moves for older adults into buildings such as Seine River. Over the last 14 years we have moved several residents into the Seine River. I have had many great experiences working with the administrative staff at the building. They are a huge part of what makes living at Seine River so comfortable. I would definitely recommend a family to move in into this building.
