I visit my aunt at Aviva often. Everyone I have met or talked with, are terrific. I can see the staff watches out for the residents, and care so much. When entering the building, the first person one see's is Denise. What a gem she is. Denise knows all the visitors, all the residents and all the staff. Denise interacts with everyone and treats everyone with great respect. Denise is Aviva, she is a ray of sunshine for all of us!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise at Aviva. From the very beginning, she made the transition for my dad so much easier. Wonderful Experience ! My Uncle was a resident at Aviva Country Club Heights for a few years before his passing this year. He really loved it and became very social and really appreciated the staff thereHe really enjoyed the meals and the social events the most.Everyone took good care of him.I really want to thank Denise Bonugli especially for always being very helpful with everything and for always being very friendly to me and taking good care of things in the front of house.This is a very important role as she really makes people feel great when they walk through the door as she is the first person you see.She always handles things very carefully which is so important.The Life Beat of the place ! I also appreciated Nancy for her careful time and attention to financial and business matters .I would recommend Aviva Country Club Heights to any of my friends and family members for their parents when they need to make careful decisions and want a good recommendation.Thank you Aviva !

My parents have been living at AVIVA for less than a year and my family couldn't be happier. When I brought my father in for a our initial tour we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and an unparalleled sense of belonging. My dad immediately hit it off with Brian Patterson, who is not only the Executive Director, but he also teaches a few morning fitness classes @ Aviva. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident's needs are not just met, but exceeded. Whether it's maintenance requests, which my dad has had a few, special meal adjustments, or simply saying hello in the hallway, their dedication to exceptional service is evident. After the first week they moved in, my family was shocked how quickly they know every resident on a first name basis. Denise, at the front desk, is amazing. She not only knows the residents' names, she knows all the family visitors' names too! She always has a smile on her face and brings incredible attention to detail to her job. My parents have a pet dog who they adore and Denise keeps treats for her when they come in from long walks on the neighboring golf course. Moreover, the activities offered at Aviva Country Club Heights are nothing short of spectacular. They help new residents immediately feel welcomed which allows "newbies" to meet people in a relaxed unforced setting. From the brand new fitness center or renovated bar area for happy hours, to the Wii Bowling and Cornhole competitions, there's something for everyone to enjoy. In summary, Aviva Country Club Heights in Woburn, MA, is more than just a residential community—it's a haven of excellence. With its recent $1M+ renovations the facility feels like a luxury 5-star hotel. Its exceptional services, amazing staff, and vibrant sense of community sets the standard for assisted living. My siblings and I feel incredibly fortunate to call Aviva home for my parents and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Aviva Coutry Club heights is in the process of being renovated. My mother has been living here for 5 years and has had a wonderful experience. Denise at the front desk is one of the friendliest, most conscientious and has an AMAZING personality. Brian, the director is amazing and even works weekends to make sure everything is in great shape 24/7. Nancy the therapist is fabulous. Spends a lot of the with my mother!! The associates treat my mother like family!! Very caring. Especially Emmy!! Mary, one of the new nurses is a great addition!! Lucia is one of the hardest workers!! All the nurses are great. Janice in the dining room is fabulous!! Brian is also replacing my mother's rug as he noticed it was needed. Thank you Aviva!!

I only write reviews if the service provided is good or exceptional. In the case of this Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. it was exceptional. They recently installed a Napoleon furnace and air conditioner and although it remains to be seen how the actual products function long term, the service provided to date by the (sales advisor) and the company’s installers is excellent; they were efficient, timely, thorough, responsible and informed. There was never any hesitation on their part to answer my questions. I highly recommend this local company.

The staff at CCH is considerate and caring. I feel they put the needs of residents first and strive to care for them in a kind and effective manor. They have restricted visits appropriately during the pandemic. However, they have been considerate by providing video and restricted in person visits using proper protocol. I feel that they put the safety and well being of residents first. I am very happy that my father lives there.

My grandmother moved in there about 1 year ago from the West coast. We knew this was the place from the moment we walked in (after seeing over 15 other assisted livings on both coasts). The staff is incredibly kind, enthusiastic and very accommodating. Her apartment is lovely and I always know if there's anything I need to know that is going on. This is my first experience with an assisted living and it's been great so far. I highly recommend it.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far everything seems to be going well for her. The staff have done a good job and have made sure to accommodate her needs to the best of there ability. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall we are happy and would recommend it to anyone.

The building is in excellent shape, apartments are soundproof and the staff is alert and friendly. I find it easy to adjust to living here. Diverting events are almost daily and I enjoy taking part with other residents.
