From the very first phone call through move-in day, the team at Windrose at Weymouth went above and beyond for my family. The compassion, patience, understanding, and genuine care shown by every staff member made one of the most difficult and emotional times in our lives feel manageable. My father had been in the hospital for nearly three months and was in need of memory care support. As anyone going through a situation like this knows, the stress, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion can feel overwhelming. From my very first conversation with Windrose, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and reassurance that had been missing for a long time. What truly amazed me was how quickly and smoothly everything came together. I reached back out on a Friday, and by Monday, my father was moved in. After months of carrying the weight of trying to figure everything out, I finally felt like I could breathe again. The relief I felt knowing he was safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who genuinely understood his needs is something I cannot put into words. Every person we encountered treated my father with dignity, kindness, patience, and respect. They also showed incredible compassion toward our entire family, taking the time to answer questions, provide reassurance, and make us feel supported every step of the way. You can truly tell that the people who work there genuinely care about the residents and the families trusting them with their loved ones. Making the decision to place a parent into memory care is never easy, but Windrose made the transition far less frightening and heartbreaking than I ever imagined it would be. I will forever be grateful for the care and support they have given my father and my family. Windrose Weymouth is an incredible community. They truly care about all of their residents and incorporate as many fun activities and gatherings as possible. From the moment you open the doors you truly get the feeling of home and a strong sense of community.

The staff were caring and attentive to both residents and their family members, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The food was good and residents were given choices at each meal, which was wonderful to see. The facility itself was clean, bright, and well maintained. Overall, it felt like a comfortable and caring place for residents.

This place has been amazing with our Aunt since we moved her there in November 2023. The staff has been caring, gentle, patient and so great with her (& she could be a tough cookie to deal with at times). We would highly recommend this facility to anyone. You won’t find a more compassionate team of people who are extremely great at what they do.

As an intake coordinator in senior home care I can honestly say I have been honored to work with the Windrose Assisted Living team in providing their residents additional support to be able to stay in the assisted living community of Windrose At Weymouth. Lynn Stefano leads her team with great passion to provide their residents with the most upright patient center care , I have ever seen in a facility. Windrose nurses are truly the best, they care as if they are family. I have and will continue to make referrals to Windrose for my clients shall they need more stature care as I know they would be in great hands! Do not hesitate to give them a call they’re team will walk you through all your options and assist you with making one of the hardest decisions you can make for your loved one!

After four years of searching for the right community for our mother, we are forever grateful for finally finding Windrose at Weymouth. From our first conversation with Karen to the team's seamless move-in, we could feel that mom would be respected, supported, and safe. During visits we marvel at the depth of care and ingenuity of the team, headed by JJ, Dawn, and Ralph, as they honor mom's preferences in laundry, snacks, and nap schedules. We are reassured by the level of engagement in mom's daily life and happy to hear her share daily stories of friends, meals, music, movies, and trivia. We love when they share photos and news of mom and how she takes care of new residents. Windrose's team is sensitive to mom's needs and communicates any changes and concerns. The rooms are bright, the energy is tranquil, and there are many spaces for mom to move in, balancing autonomy with safety. Dawn and JJ are tirelessly responsive to mom's ups as well as occasional downs and they talk to mom with patience, wit, and wonder. Windrose's LifeLoop app also helps us feel connected to mom, day and night. After four years of heartache, trying to find the right match for mom's needs, my sister and I rest easy knowing that in Windrose's caring community Mom is finally getting the care she needs, the respect she deserves, and a quality of life that allows her to thrive.

Windrose has a special place in my heart. Not only do they love my mom but they truly care. My mom has flourished since she has been there. They try to make sure she gets involved and spends time with her. They even take her out on special outings! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. Thanks for a great experience!

My Mother moved in the Beginning of April. The entire staff was so accommodating to my mother to make her feel comfortable and at home. If my mom or I had any questions. They where right there to help us. As they still are. The staff listen to my mom. And treat her with respect. Windrose is a clean, cute, facility. Mom has made friends here. My mother got to go out to lunch with a group of them. There Activity Department is amazing. Last night they had a family night. Was so much fun. I’m so glad mom moved here. Mom is really happy too.

My mother was fortunate to spend the last 5 weeks of her life at Windrose of Weymouth. She was very happy there. She had been in Assisted Living for several years and it was determined that she needed a Memory Care facility. We certainly made the right choice. They provide the residents with everything they need. The activities were wonderful and mom really enjoyed everything. All of the people that work there were kind and caring, even on the day mom left for the hospital, she had a stroke, I received several phone calls that were informative and yet compassionate. I would highly recommend Windrose of Weymouth if you have a family member who needs memory care.
