We moved into Fairing Way sight unseen during the pandemic and love it here! Our apartment is handsome with tall windows & ceilings and granite countertops, and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Residents and staff are friendly, supportive, and fun loving. Our favorite activities are singing in the chorus, exercising in the fitness center, watching the Saturday night movies, and dancing at the band concerts. We enjoy walking in our safe, quiet neighborhood among people of all ages, and we walk and bike often in the conservation areas that surround the complex. We benefit from being so close to excellent medical facilities and many beautiful parks, as well.

I can’t say enough about the staff and the facility here at the Dwyer home. They are all amazing with my mom. It’s extremely clean. The food is good and generous portions. They have excellent activities for the residents and I am amazed at the thought that goes into these activities they offer daily. 5 stars all day from us.

Fairing Way delivers! You will have so many choices, i.e. numerous activities, art, exercise classes that are varied, library clubs, cards and games, Happy Hour and then some. We also have movies and entertainment, or do your own thing, there are wonderful restaurants in Weymouth and surrounding towns, walking is enhanced by the lovely views. Most of all, we are situated at Union Point where you will see families consisting of all ages, it is a joy to see children and parents as you as you take your morning or evening walk. Come to Fairing Way for a visit and you will not be disappointed.Oh, I must mention the wonderful new friends you will inevitably meet and keep.

This is an over 55 community. My mom is very happy. Everybody is very friendly and they have a fair amount of activities. There have been a few issues though in the few years that fairing way has been open. I would chop these up to Growing Pains since the owners previously just ran nursing homes. There is one attached to the over 55 facility should that be the next step. One such issue has been consistency with the bistro . My mom has always been happy with the food but not everybody is as flexible as my mom . There is also a large Hospital complex right down the street. It is situated in an area that has many shops and places to eat. There are numerous walking trails nearby as well as a dog walk.
