My husband has been a resident at the Bridges/Westwood for almost one year. Our family had been taking care of him at home with multiple caretakers. We thought ok this is working of course we had no comparison. A friend suggested we look at the Bridges, almost one year later we know we made the right decision. Yes, the facility is lovely, the food great, the staff working hard taking care of so many (especially with staffing in health care facilities so challenged). My husband is thriving at the Bridges. He enjoys never ending social activities. He is never in his apartment always roaming around (safely) socializing with other residents and enjoying all the well planned activities and entertainment. When Valentines Day rolled around I was blown away with the lovely Valentines lunch put together by caring staff. Observing the couples (us included) having an hour or two (enjoying what still is for us was heartwarming). Its the little things that matter when our loved ones are not at our side any longer. Well Bridges Staff you know how to make this new phase in our life almost doable! Thank you especially Lori and of course so many others outstanding staff. Kathy Walsh’Bishop

I have attended several caregiver support workshops by Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood and have found them very helpful. The experience, compassion and professionalism conveyed during these groups is wonderful and again, very helpful. We are not yet a resident of Bridges but they are providing a real community service presenting these support groups and having them open to the public, not just families of residents. AND, I learned that they are also a great source for questions even if you are not a resident. They are a wonderful group of knowledgeable, caring people.

As the owner of a senior living placement agency, I find myself recommending Bridges all the time! I have a friend who resides there and the amenities are fabulous. Always something going on! The place is tastefully decorated, allowing for a homey feel for the residents. The staff is friendly and interacts well, not only with the residents, but visitors as well.
