I came to Bridges by Epoch At Westford about a year ago and have been so impressed, daily, on the level of care that the Team provides to our wonderful Residents. EVERYTHING is about their well being, comfort and happiness. The work environment here is one that makes me look forward to coming to work everyday and contributing to the Team. I am always made to feel much appreciated for my efforts.

Bridges in Westford is a superb facility. We looked at over a half dozen places before placing our mother there -- we kept coming back to Bridges, as it was clearly heads and shoulders above all the others. The staff is warm, caring, and compassionate, and the administration is involved and extremely responsive. We feel very fortunate to have our mother at Bridges, as the care she receives there is truly excellent.

Bridges Westford has been a true godsend for my Mom (with Dementia) and our family. If you are reading these reviews there is a likelihood that you may be experiencing firsthand what my family went through as Mom's disease progressed. Our heart goes out to you. It can be a lonely and exhausting experience for both your loved one and the primary caregivers (in our case my Dad and Sister) as they struggle to cope with the basics of day-to-day life. Mom came to Bridges about 6 months ago after a fall and broken hip set her back beyond our ability to care for her at home. Since that time Bridges has become home for Mom and an incredible support system for our family. The entire staff is compassionate and attentive to the needs of not only the resident but the caregivers' needs and their concerns as well. Communication is timely and open. Daily activities are wonderfully thought out and implemented. The food is excellent and my Dad and Sister often share lunch with Mom and the other residents. Mom enjoys the fresh air in the courtyard and she gets her hair done every couple of weeks with a caring and compassionate on-site hairdresser. It is never easy to move into this phase of life but thankfully we have Bridges Westford and we are no longer alone. Mom is nearby, safe, well cared for, and part of a community and for that, we are genuinely grateful to everyone at Bridges.

Words cant express my gratitude to Bridges at Westford for their care provided to my husband. The staff and aides are all very responsive. Covid has been difficult for everyone - nevertheless, Bridges at Westford communicate very well with us, making accommodations for virtual visits and updates and providing us with a peace of mind. I am glad we found Bridges at Westford for a place to keep my husband happy, healthy, and well. Thank you all.

We love Bridges at Westford for the care and love the staff showers on our mother and all the residents. She takes part in all the engaging, daily activities exploring art, culture, nature, cuisine, movement, faith and lots of fun games. The gracious dining room offers her choices of healthy meals and all day snacks and fruit. The courtyard is a big hit with paths lined in flowers and surrounded by tall pines – always offers the fresh scent of nature. The leadership and staff have performed a Herculean feat keeping all the residents and staff safe during the onslaught of the coronavirus pandemic. My mother feels safe and pampered at Bridges. There is always something to do with the other residents or she can relax in her private bedroom and take a nap. We could not ask for more. We thank the entire staff for their excellent care!

I cant say enough good things about Bridges! They are attentive and fabulous. While my loved one is not a resident (I wish she was!), the staff that I have been in contact with, mainly Sarah Turcotte, has been amazing. Learning about dementia has been new for me and the support group (with Erica who is also amazing!) and many email check ins, and Zoom sessions during this difficult pandemic has been reassuring. I asked for advice on how to better help my mom and I received warm and caring support from Sarah. She is a wonderful person and so knowledgable in the field of dementia. Thank you Sarah for being so wonderful! xo

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford is the fifth facility in 14 months Ive had my loved one in residence so Ive had quite a bit of hands on experience in a formally unknown marketplace. The care that my loved one is receiving now is so superior to other the facilities, I only wish I found Bridges at the beginning of this transition. I am not exaggerating when I say that every staff member, from housekeeping to the executive director, is a delight to encounter. They all truly love what they do and the people entrusted to them. They are genuinely passionate about making every day better for the residents, their families, and fellow staff members. They clearly enjoy each other and exude a team mentality in the presence of expected and unexpected challenges inherent with the work theyve chosen. I could seriously go on and on about how lovely, engaged, and present the staff is and how for the first time during our crash course in memory care facilities that I know at least 20 of them by name. If you are considering this very difficult and weighty decision, I highly recommend Bridges by EPOCH at Westford, you will not be disappointed.
