The staff is wonderful and very attentive at this facility, however management and corporate not so much. In fact they are horrible. While she was there, several issues came up that management was extremely slow to respond to and often ignored. My mother in law passed back in May. She had overpaid 1 month and they haven't yet refunded the overpayment 9 months later after numerous correspondences with them.

I would frequently visit my family member here and one thing I will say is that every single person that works here cares about the residents deeply as if they their own family! There's so many great changes that the new owners are making! I wish my family could have stayed here longer, but even though she had to go to a nursing home the directors were so great!

I have worked at Monastery for almost four years now and over the years it just keeps improving! The staff is amazing and friendly. When walking around all you see is smiling faces and positive attitudes from all staff. You will never pass by them without a greeting and asking how your day has been. Most importantly seeing the residents smiling faces it what makes my day! Knowing the residents are happy and it good hands. Even my great grandparents resided here at one point. I would recommend choosing Monastery whether it is for a career choice or residency.

The friendly and attentive staff at Landmark are providing wonderful care for my mother. I very much appreciate the open line of communication between family and the caregivers. The community spaces are warm and inviting for reading or catching up with other residents. A big thank you to Victoria who has been and continues to be a wealth of knowledge. Her assistance has been invaluable. Landmark is just the right size facility and the staff takes the time to get to know each resident and their families. It was the best move for my mom!

My brother moved in 8 months ago. He raves about the aides who are so kind and caring. There are a fair amount of activities offered and everyone is encouraged to join in-- but there's no pressure if you choose not to. The meals are healthy with a lot of thought given to rotating the menu often for variety. The building is clean and well maintained. On the business end, I cannot adequately state how helpful, kind and patient the director Sharon has been. From the get-go, Sharon told me her door was always open and I have found this to be the case any time I needed to speak with her. Tracey in marketing was extremely helpful from our initial visit and thereafter. These people truly love their jobs and the people they help. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. It has made me think that I could someday live at Landmark and be very content.

My Dad, now almost 89, has been living at Monastery Heights for almost 2 years now. My family is so grateful to both the facility and the staff that assists him with anything he needs on a daily basis. He moved in at a time when he needed more help and has adjusted to the easy way of life provided for him there. The staff that helps with his hearing aids, compression socks, cleaning, laundry and meals are friendly, attentive and approachable. The business office, social worker, nurses, activities director and desk staff are terrific. I would like to say that Sharon, the administrator, is exceptional. She’s always there to answer any questions we may have and always oversees all aspects of my Dad’s care. I really feel we are in good hands.

This month marks the 2-year anniversary that my 89 year old mother has resided at Landmark at Monastery Heights. It has been a positive experience for her. She loves the view from her room and constantly raves about the food. She enjoys interacting with the staff and participating in many of the activities, especially the weekly trip to the grocery store. Mass and manicures on Sunday? Brilliant! I would recommend this facility for your loved one.

The Monastery staff is great. It's my Mother's home away from home. Her studio is very nice. Activities are really fantastic from exercise to holiday parties. When you walk in, everyone knows you and says hello. It's a nice family oriented atmosphere.

We recently moved my mom here and so far she and the rest of our family have been very impressed with the people and the facility. Everyone has made mom feel right at home and they go out of their way to help with the adjustment into assisted living. The facility is well kept, neat and clean. We have dined there several times and each meal was well balanced and very good. We are happy with our choice of Monastery Heights for my moms needs.

My family and I looked at many Senior Living Communities in the area, but few had the criteria that we would feel comfortable with. We toured the Landmark premises and agreed that this is where my mother/grandmother would stay. My mother is in the Memory Unit where she get the care she needs. She is happy, safe, and the food is amazing; above all, she constantly praises the cleanliness of the establishment. There are many social activities, such as Happy Hours, Ice Cream Socials, Movie Night, Bingo and outside concerts in the summer, just to name a few. I am glad that we made the right choice of choosing the Monastery Heights, the place where my mother now calls home. My family and I feel very confident in the overall care, safety and well-being of my mother’s care. Thank you for your round-the-clock dedication and compassion you provide our loved one.
