September 27, 2022 The Tremont Nursing Home 605 Main St. Wareham, MA 02571 REVIEW The last time I saw my mother she was inpatient at another facility. I recently found out that she left that facility and moved to The Tremont in Wareham. Today I got the chance to visit with her for the first time in a while. The woman at the front desk was very nice and showed me where to go. Being a former CNA in my past working in nursing homes and at hospitals in my early 20’s I can honestly say that this nursing home passed my inspection. For an older nursing home it seems to be clean and maintain. My mother’s room was clean and her bed was nicely made. She was in her wheelchair and in the day room all dressed and clean. She was happy and surprised to see me. The other patients in the day room looked clean and well cared for. My mother introduced me to some of her fellow friends that she’s made since she’s been there and they seemed happy and in good spirits. The staff is friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful visit with my mother. I want to thank all the staff at The Tremont Nursing Home in Wareham, MA for taking care of my mother in her fragile state. May my God YHWH and my Messiah Yahshua bless all of you for the care you give to all your patients.

First and foremost this place gave there all for my Mother and I truly believe it’s a partnership between the families and the facility. My Mother was a resident from 2/23/22 to 6/28/22 and she never received anything but great care. Donna the activity personnel in the day room, was so kind with my Mom always including her even though she was non-verbal. Linda from the kitchen, a truly caring person, India who is from the A-wing always sitting in and checking on my Mom. Pat, Kelly, Beth, Bree each and everyone one of them was so patient and kind, showed a genuine interest towards my Mother. The tall African American nurse, I can’t pin point her name went above and beyond to have my Mom placed in a private room so our family could come and go as we please. I as her health care proxy was never left in the dark about her, her current state, her meds, and anything going forward. My Mom was always clean, washed, smelled great and was always in great spirits. I as well as my Dad and my Aunt was very present in her care, her well-being in-person and via telephone. She spent her final week of life calm and comfortable that was diligently provided by her hospice nurse, Trudy, her facility nurses, and her most favorite CNA Joslyn. I appreciate them all and thank them kindly for all their help as their profession is not easy on the eyes nor the heart.

My aunt is a patient with dementia. The Team at Tremont could not be better, from the cleanliness of the facility, my aunts outstanding appearance, and the direct communication of any issues. The Team there are a caring group of people. We feel safe for my aunt Flo, she is getting the best care around, by an outstanding Team of people. Recently we added her to the Hospice Team, we get 3 or 4 direct communications per week, the Hospice Team is really caring, they have been also setting up and conducting face time with my mom, relaying each visit with a call as well with Flos updates. Its never easy to place a loved one in a long term care facility, but I have to say we were very lucky to have found Tremont. Thank to all the folks at Tremont, you are truly above the rest. With al the Covid issues over the past year, they have had some cases there, they reach out personally and call to give updates about Flo and the facility. We could not ask for more.

It was a very good experience! Amy from admissions helped me with the transition. She definitely has a heart of gold! I am on the younger end and didnt know how this would work out, yet the rehab team is amazing and I am making progress! Thanks Tremont!

The Tremont is one and a million , the staff as a whole is truly amazing, the nurses to the admission to social work and the the director of nurses are all truly amazing they are caring, compassionate and truly take pride in the level of care that they give and. Go above and beyond to make this a home a way from home.

From the start to end the process of getting mom in there and comfortable was amazing! The staff went above and beyond . im so grateful mom was there . the building was clean and everyone was so helpful. The ladys that worked in the admission dept. Were so helpful and the nurses were so caring. There was lots of activitys and the food was good ! I would recommend them to any one !

I cant thank Kelly Lawrence, Admissions Director enough for getting my Dad placed at the Tremont Rehab. She was understanding and treated us with the upmost respect and professionalism. Since being at the Tremont my fathers health has improved greatly. The staff has been super in making sure my Dad is comfortable and that he gets to his appointments. I couldnt be more happier knowing my dad is safe and being well cared for. I recommend the Tremont Rehab to anyone looking for placement for a loved one.

I live in NC and was unable to visit before I placed my mom here. I have had nothing but incredible support from the entire staff from a Amy in administration Arielle in the business office to my rock who has taken care of my every question request and most times just listened to me cry Misty. This was the hardest thing for me to do but I know after my recent visit my mom is loved and cared for by all and I made the right decision. They not only take care of her but every nurse in B-wing has taken care of me too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.
