I work at this home. I call it a home and not a facility because you can bet that all employees treat the residents like family. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I highly recommend coming by for a tour. You will not find a more compassionate and professional group anywhere on the planet. The building is very clean and attractive. The food is high quality delicious and the activities are many, full of fun! When I am in my golden years this will be my forever home.

The staff there is wonderful. My mom has only been there since February but really loves it. She is currently at a rehab facility which does a fine job for the type of environment they are but my mom cant wait to get back to Keystone in a couple weeks. I would recommend it to anyone. I am shocked by the one negative review on here. There are always going to be a few staff who are not at their best occasionally with following all the rules in any business and they are likely dealt with appropriately if it becomes an issue , but I have not met any of the residents there who dont love it. I also have not come across any staff that has not been professional and attentive to the residents needs.

My mom is just finishing up her first year at Keystone I cant say enough about the whole experience! From the staff to the food to the cleanliness . Never fear moving a loved one here. Now I can never talk to her as shes always at the activities

My mother moved into the memory care unit in Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay almost 1 year ago. The care and love that she has received from the staff has been exceptional. The entire space is incredibly clean and welcoming and the food is fantastic. In addition, the staff has gone out of their way to ensure that my mother can continue to pursue her musical passion in a safe environment. I highly recommend this community!

I work at Keystone Place in the Life Enrichment department, and I have to thank our residents for filling my work day with joy and laughter. Our residents our the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I admire our residents and their willingness to learn or try something new. They have motivated me to raise the bar and be more creative in my activities. We have a kind, caring, and compassionate community it shows everyday whether it is a resident helping another resident play bingo or lending support to each other when dealing with the life challenges that face us all. One of my goals is to always make sure that we make great memories together with residents and staff.

Hats off to the staff at Keystone Place for their devoted attention to the residents, particularly the ones who stayed overnight and worked double shifts. They could not have done more to make sure that the residents were safe and comfortable.

One of the finest staffs I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their dedication was evident each day, they worked hard but did it with a smile to all. There were so many "little things" they would do for a resident that many never know of, things that made me so proud. Proud to have been a part of this community.

My mom moved to Keystone shortly after they opened. It has been and continues to be a wonderful experience for her. There are many exceptional and special employees that go out of their way to assist all of the residents.

My sister has moved to Keystone. We were all worried that it would be a difficult transition. My sister (moderate Alzheimer's) LOVES IT! I stayed with her in her apartment for 4 days and nights and was able to witness firsthand the extraordinary kindness of the staff. She has a social life back, raves about her apartment being furnished with the things she loves most from her home, and also loves the food. (So do I! Outstanding.) It is such a relief to know that not only is she being well cared for but also that she loves being there.

My mom was one of the original residents of Keystone . . .while she was only there for about five months, I can't say enough about the quality of the staff, nurses, administrators and everyone involved in the day to day organization of the place. It took quite a while for me to convince her to leave her house, but it didn't take more than a day at Keystone for her to realize it was the right place and the right move. She was a career nurse with very definite (and freely expressed) opinions about how things needed to be run on all levels and had nothing but good things to say about the staff and her caregivers. She was especially complimentary about the food and kitchen staff, and my experiences eating there and subsequently performing music at parties and events have only added to that positive opinion. Highly recommended!

My parents moved into Independent Living a year ago. They had lived in the same house for 58 years in Dedham. The transition was difficult at first but they love it now. They have made so many friends and the staff is wonderful. We are so grateful that they are safe and happy.

I can't say enough great things about Keystone Place. My father is an independent resident and LOVES it. The facility is always warm and homey...the staff always smiling and go above and beyond for not just their residents but the family also...there is always some fun activity or night planned for the residents. The food is top notch... I often choose to go have dinner with my dad because of the food 🙂 Keystone brought a smile back to my dads face and made him happy with being in independent care.

I have been working at this facility for roughly two months. I LOVE it here. Everyone welcomed me with open arms. My immediate coworkers are awesome, along with every department. Everyone should give themselves a pat on the back. Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay is well kept. All the residents are happy at all times and the staff is always smiling.
