Beautiful place. Bright cheery rooms. Kind caring staff that do everything to make your parents move there a smooth seemless event. I’m so happy my mom is in the dementia ward tomorrow and dad should be there soon in an independent living apartment making it very easy for him to see mom when he wants while not worrying about her care . I feel so at ease knowing they’ll be well cared for and happy there! I look forward to pushing them and walking with them around the grounds when I visit!

I am proud to live at New Pond Village because the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful and make NPV feel like home. We feel proud to live in a lovely, upscale community. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. I enjoy the dining as the food is very good, the staff is friendly and the dining room is attractive, it is fun and interesting to dine with our neighbors at NPV. My favorite things to do include the consistent daily exercise classes in the morning, walking around the grounds for exercise and the special programs especially musical programs.

I am proud to live at new pond village because of the positive of positive attitude among staff & residents. Living in a truly caring community. There are a wide variety of activities to choose from. The things I enjoy most about the dining experience are Marilyn’s social hour where you can socialize with a number of interesting and fun loving residents. Eating with friends! The competent and friendly servers. The improving and varied meal choices. My favorite things to do at new pond village are the raised garden beds, the freedom to plant flowers in other areas of the community, PT & exercises, resident run games and activities. Cribbage!! This is a great complex of full-service elder care. They have a wonderful staff that clearly cares about the residents, and they are constantly making improvements. I am very familiar with a lot of Benchmark properties in the area, and this is a great one. I perform at over 30 elder communities in the area, and from a vendor point of view, they have a great back of house operation that is reliable and has a lot of Integrity to it. That would be very important to me if I were someone exploring elder care for my parents.

I moved to New Pond Village almost three years ago. It was the best decision I ever made. I am very happy here, am very involved in the activities presented, have made wonderful friends, and just love it! I've never looked back. I lived in my family home for 75 years--those memories I brought with me to New Pond. The grounds are lovely, staff is very friendly, food is good, residents are very nice. I can't say enough about living here. I was a city girl but a country girl at heart, having spent many summers in New Hampshire. I have the best of both worlds. I'm close to my church, my friends, stores are a very short distance for grocery shopping and the mall isn't very far either. Better than tackling city traffic, lights, etc.
