I moved my Mom to Bayberry February 1st of this year 2023. She is 97 years old and a social butterfly. She has been so happy since she arrived at Bayberry and says she should have moved here sooner. I can’t say enough about the staff they are wonderful! So attentive, caring, loving. All of my Moms needs are met since she is legally blind and has had a bout with cancer which is in remission. I am her daughter and at total peace because I know she is in a safe and caring place. I highly recommend Bayberry to anyone and everyone.

My mother is a queen here at Bayberry. Every single person is awesome the food is delicious the activities are phenomenal the Director is perfect like a best friend front desk is off the chart with sincere attention to each call and person entering and also to the residents. I just am so very grateful for this beautiful place the rooms are always cleaned and manicured as the rest of the building. This is the most comfortable safe caring wonderful place ever. Pre-COVID, my daughters and i would volunteer at Bayberry and run their bingo every Saturday. I saw first-hand how well the staff cared for the residents. There is always a full-day of activities planned and all the residents were so friendly with us and with each other. I always enjoyed going there and seeing my bingo friends each week. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Bayberry to anyone looking for a facility to help care for a family member!

As a nurse case manager, I have encouraged many families to tour Bayberry at Emerald Court when considering assisted living environments for their loved one. The convenient private location of this beautiful facility in Tewksbury is only one of the reasons I consider this facility a top choice when transitioning to assisted living. The facility itself is gorgeous, nicely decorated and meticulously maintained. The staff by far are top notch professionals led by strong, dedicated leadership. The executive director is always available and Youll find that every staff member is engaging and kind. Shauna at the receptionist desk greets everyone with a great big welcoming smile. All staff provide friendly personalized attention to everyone they pass, it is clear they are passionate about what they do. Bayberry Tewksbury offers extensive and varied activities geared towards residents individual interests. The activity calendar is filled with creative and unique events thanks to Kim, the social director Kim who ensures there are programs and events to for everyone. I have attended several social events at Bayberry and can the food is always superb! Delectable food is exquisitely presented and is of the highest quality and always delicious! Chef Victor takes such pride in offering residents and visitors something to entice everyone! Without a doubt, Bayberry is at the top of my list of recommended local assisted living facilities. Overall care is superb!

Bayberry at Emerald Court is the just most amazing place. My grandmother lived there for 7 years until the day she passed. It is truly five-star luxury, comfort and care. There are social activities day through night, both onsite and offsite. Being one mile away, I would stop in frequently. Many times, the staff would tell me that my grandmother was out on an excursion to the beach, a museum, a local farm, a coffee shop, restaurant, etc. When I was able to catch up with her, I would stay for hours playing games, doing artwork, watching live entertainment shows and toasting at Happy Hour. The staff are loving, attentive, fun and most importantly professional and highly competent. The food at Bayberry is also amazing – the Executive Chef is award winning. And the parties and events! You cannot beat a party at Bayberry! If you are considering Assisted Living facilities for your loved ones, I highly recommend Bayberry.

One year ago, I moved my brother into assisted living at Bayberry. This was quite a change for someone who had lived at home with care giver support. The folks at Bayberry have been excellent at supporting the transition. Moving in was simple, meals are wonderful, activities are plentiful and the facility is nice and in a nice setting. It feels somewhat like taking an apartment on a cruise. My brother is a movie buff, and it wasnt long before he was a consultant to the movie night selections. Hes attended a number of other activities and field trips. The transition and his quality of life are ideal. I cannot say enough about the care he receives! My brother has both physical and psychological issues that are beyond him. The nursing folks were immediately understanding, able to support him, friendly and patient with him. They communicate well with me, so I can be comfortable that hes doing well. Lastly, I have been very impressed with Bayberry management. Not only do they set a friendly, welcoming tone, but they have done amazingly well through the Covid pandemic. Rules and procedures were put in place early and maintained well. No spreader events, like many such facilities. My brother received his first vaccine recently, so it appears Bayberry will have managed this storm extremely well. It is quite likely that moving to Bayberry and Bayberrys management both improved and saved my brothers life.

I have been teaching Zumba to the residents for the last 3 years and I can honestly say with certainty that this is the best facility I have ever taught at. The residents are happy and always engaged in such amazing activities each day. The staff is so happy and always willing to help out when a residents asks for something. I love coming here as its such a beautiful facility. Always clean and kept up to date and always welcoming!

My Mom moved to Bayberry almost 3 years ago. It wasnt an easy decision for her to make, but it turned to be good one! She has flourished since shes been there. She has made new friends, enjoys arts and crafts, the exercise classes, which she sometimes leads, and kicks me out the door if its to close to class time!! There are many more activities that are offered and which she enjoys participating in, something for everyone. The people who work there are the best! They are friendly, seem to enjoy working there and willing to help out and answer any questions you may have! They make a point to get to know the residents and engage and talk with them. They are caring. They have done all they can to keep our loved ones safe and healthy during this awful pandemic. There are many new rules that no one is happy about, but these rules are what is keeping every one safe! We are happy to be a part of the Bayberry community. Thank you all for everything you do for my mom and the rest of the residents!!

Bayberry has done a great job taking care of our Mom especially during the past year they have consistently gone above and beyond what is normally considered good service. Kim Bonefant and her Team, in particular, along with the rest of the Sales and Service teams at Bayberry have worked diligently to tackle the small issues and not let them fall off their radar along with the larger ones that present themselves in a PANDEMIC! We have dubbed Kims Team the Frustration Firemen helping to reduce the stress of not being able to do directly as much as we would like for our Mom due to the Covid lock down. We would recommend Bayberry At Emerald Court to any families considering a safe and supportive environment for their loved one before the Pandemic and even more so now. We, in fact, are considering Bayberry as our only next step for other Family members who are fast approaching Independent and Assisted living arrangements. Our family could not be happier with the care and personal attention my mother is receiving in Bayberrys Avita Memory Care program. Michelle made the process of applying and moving in so easy, and worked so hard to be sure Mom had everything she needed. And Donna, who runs the Memory Care program, is absolutely amazing with Mom and knows just what to do to make her happy and comfortable, and has made what was a difficult decision for our family into a very smooth transition. Mom was welcomed with open arms by all of the staff (Denise, Miguel, Angelina, to name just a few), and she truly enjoys everyone she has met. She has been more social and active in your program than she has in a very long time, and she says that the food is delicious! It is an amazing feeling knowing that Mom is safe, healthy and happy, and engaged in social activities with wonderful, caring people. We are forever grateful for Bayberry and highly recommend their services to other families.

We're never prepared to navigate the world of senior care when we are suddenly faced with this crisis. The staff at Bayberry is amazing!!! From the admissions, to nursing, the attendants, food servers and activities staff, theses people are dedicate and upbeat. They totally devote themselves to learning the needs and special characteristics of each resident. The facility itself is beautiful, very modern, clean, well maintained. The combination of devoted staff and a beautiful facility makes it so enjoyable to live in and to visit that this an excellent choice!

I toured with a friend for her Mom in January. Beautiful Place! Very Clean! The employees were really nice, and the residents were happy and smiling. The residents were having a happy hour, looked fun. Michelle showed us around. She was great! Very knowledgeable, and really listened to my friend. She was really compassionate. In the end, my friend's Mom decided to stay in North Carolina with her son. But I will definitely keep this place in mind and highly recommend Bayberry.

Bayberry at Emerald Court is truly a one of a kind community for older adults both inside and out. From the wonderful features like the library and Country Kitchen and attention to detail within the building, to the beautifully landscaped gardens and walking paths, it is really a place where residents feel a strong sense of community and pride. The chef prepares really outstanding delicious and nutritious meals for every dietary preference and need. The staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and get to know every resident in order to provide personalized care and promote independence, helping each individual to maintain strength and health. There are numerous wellness and fitness programs every day, including meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, dancing, Zumba, fitness, and both low and high impact exercise classes. The positive atmosphere promotes an environment of well being that residents and their visitors genuinely enjoy. Highly recommend!!!!

My siblings and I were very apprehensive about moving our father to an Assisted Living Facility. He was "failure to thrive" living on his own and we needed a next step. We went to many care facilities, had interviews and tours. There were a few facilities that were more centrally located to my siblings and I, but our interviews and tours left us feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. We stopped the process of looking for a care facility and tried to manage him at his home. That proved too difficult. Bayberry understood all of that and were very understanding as we went through this process of exploring what was best for him. He has now been at Bayberry for close to a year. I can not say enough good things about the staff and activities (however, my father does very few of them per his choice). The nursing staff, administration, front desk, CNA's are all fantastic and amazing. They provide plenty of family activities too. Most importantly my fiercely independent father is very happy, which makes all the difference in the world!

My grandfather has lived at several local Assisted Living Facilities and Bayberry is far superior to the others. You can tell it is a place where the employees are not only well trained, but they also love their jobs. We visit my grandfather frequently and notice many of the personal touches that Bayberry has to offer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They do whatever they can to make him feel at home. The facility is also very clean. From the dining area, to the common rooms, to the maintenance staff who takes care of my grandfathers room. I also want to name a few employees who in my opinion go above and beyond. If you move your loved one to Bayberry, I hope you have the pleasure of working with: Cathie, Diane, Erin, Shauna, Glenn, Jennie just to name a few!

I enjoyed my mothers stay for the most part. Some of the employees seemed they did not want to be there. Others where working be on what they where supposed to do. After my mother left. I called for her deposit and I was told that I should get it in a couple of days. I received it a couple of weeks from that. I called Adam and left message and no return call. All we did get good care but cost went up and services did not increase in some cases. Thanks for the time there
