We had the pleasure on several occasions to come and perform for the residents at Orchard Grove. Mary Beth the Engagement Director was a pleasure to work with. She was helpful and informative during the entire planning process. Our dance families were so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how warm and welcoming the atmosphere is. We are looking forward to coming again to share our love of dance and see the smiles we bring to all the residents at Orchard Grove!

We feel so fortunate to have found Orchard Grove! The staff are always kind and respectful of the residents. There are activities, outings, and enrichment opportunities with art, music and exercise. Our family member is especially pleased with the food. The residents are as welcoming as the staff and our family member now has many wonderful new friends.

We have had a great experience with Orchard Grove. My mother in law, Connie, had a smooth transition leaving her life long home to Orchard Grove. She LOVES all of the activities and her only complaint is that she doesn't have time to do them all! We recently enjoyed a wonderful cookout for all of the families. The food was delicious and It was nice to meet all of Connie's new friends. Thank you for welcoming Connie into your community!

If you're looking for a fabulous Assisted Living facility, this is the one! My elderly mother compared many places and chose Orchard Grove for many reasons. The food is prepared by chefs in a restaurant / hotel style. They have a full menu and specials daily. You are waited on in a beautiful dining room and you can order as much as you want. Meals are available anytime and you eat with whoever you choose. Our family has eaten there and it was 5-star fabulous...even Filet Mignon. The rooms are large and cleaned daily; however, it is the staff and residents that won my mother over. Everyone there is friendly and goes out of their way to include everyone. The atmosphere is happy and energetic all the time. There are so many fun activities that you pick and choose what you're interested in daily. My mother, who is very shy and introverted, has made a lot of friends; gone to exercise classes, cooking demonstrations, craft activities, movie nights, group games, concerts and more. She is happier than she's been in months and recently told me she feels more at home in Orchard Grove than her own house. That's an incredible feeling for us. She (and us) picked the right place for her. We couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much Melissa and Karen and everyone there!

The Residence at Orchard Grove is a friendly neighborhood to be at, I do love the environment. The staff and residents work together as one team which makes it so comfortable. If you think this is your dream place to be then wait no more because youll be welcome to become part of this beautiful family.

I live three hours away. The place is understandably in lockdown from coronovirus and their response to protect everyone has been outstanding. My husbands father fell at his house so we need to visit him in Waltham Sunday. I think ok, I need to see my parents as I can now see them for half an hour visits and I will be down there to see my father in law! Orchard groove has a very safe outdoor , socially distanced visitation situation. I call only to find out there is no visiting on sundays but they had a time slot Saturday I could come. Well I explained that wouldnt work and was told sorry That I couldnt come on Saturday. I hung up in tears and emailed management and went on their fb page. I got a response in about an hour back via email and phone saying they would make an exception under these circumstances. So they get four stars instead of the one star I initially posted when I was thinking all was lost. Not a five because : 1. There needs to be more proactive measures so as not to cause undue stress 2. Perhaps more training for any substitutes when normal person isnt there as Mary Beth has always been great, but go figure she wasnt there today. 3. Maybe a longer visit ( I would take even 45 minutes) for those that come from a far.

My 90 year old mom has a new lease on life since moving to Orchard Grove! Its a beautiful facility, well run, EVERYONE from the front desk, to the aids, to the chef & servers, to the building services and ALL the management have been awesome - that is not an exaggeration. Not only has my mom found a new family that truly cares about her, I too have made lots of friends with the residents & staff! I have a friend whose mom is in another assisted living facility which I have visited and theres no comparison. Residents can eat in the full service restaurant ANYTIME from 7am to 7pm. If my mom wants shrimp scampi (her favorite) for breakfast, she has it! My mom lives in a small studio thats perfect for her and with a little creative decorating, it really feels like home for her. Shes safe, medications are administered by the staff, they clean her apartment, do her personal laundry and bedding for her once per week and bathe her three times per week. As my mom has become more mobile & more independent, the assisted living costs were adjusted. The cost is expensive, but less costly than other similar facilities and you really get what you pay for. The facility director Ellen immediately addresses every question weve had. No matter what she always resolves an issue right away, even when shes on vacation!! All the staff treat the residents with lots of love and care, even an occasional grumpy resident its truly a family and Im so grateful for this experience. My mom deserves the best, OG has changed my her life in ways you cant imagine.

My mom has been here for about 7 months. She is memory impaired and is in a wheelchair. I cannot say enough about the staff and Brenda, the Director of Reflections. They are so kind to my mom and are always joking with her. They are constantly trying new activities to keep all of the residence engaged which is so important. It was the hardest decision I have ever made and everyone at the Residence understands and makes the process as easy as possible.I am so impressed with Brenda. She is professional and very experienced. She truly understands dementia and is filled with patience and compassion. My moms apartment is a good size and is kept clean, which is so important to her. She has enough independence to feel whole but there is enough supervision for me to feel she is safe. My mom has made friends on both the traditional side and in the memory care unit. She loves the outings they go on every week. I am so so grateful I found this place!

I just wanted to mention the reflections program and how wonderful it is. It really feels like home. The staff is great. They are helpful when I ask questions, they answer. The director, Brenda is so kind and very caring as if my grandmother were her own. She is very dedicated and informative. She thinks outside the box when it comes to creativity which is great for all. I am very please with everyones hard work. Thank you!

A wonderful place for our elderly where thoughtful compassionate care is provided in a warm cosy environment. So happy to see this beautiful facility come up in our town. This is a haven for our seniors. A must check out if you are looking for residential living for your loved one.
