We have been very impressed with Mom's experience at Shrewsbury Crossing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and treats Mom respectfully. The nursing staff is excellent, helping the family deal with medical issues and providing support. We are glad we made the move to Benchmark.

My Mom lived at Shrewsbury Crossing for her last 7 years, half of which were spent in Harbor, the Memory Care unit. Mom was social and enjoyed participating in activities, which their excellent staff provided. A particular shout-out to Katie, the Harbor Director, and Susan, at the front desk, who cheerfully and efficiently makes arrangements for appointments, etc. A thank you to the nursing staff as well. The facility is clean and well run. We are so thankful that Shrewsbury Crossings provided Mom with a warm, safe, and loving home until she died at 97.

Recently moved a family member to Benchmark senior living. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Nice clean facility. Would definitely recommend.

I think this senior living facility is awesome, and so hope to be able to get my mom in here in the near future. Upon arrival, it is very welcoming, and the staff and residents are all so happy. They really took the time to review my mother's needs, and guided me to the whole process. In the end, it is at the top of our list for my mother.

Melynda Veron showed us this beautiful facility. She was warm and caring and helped us navigate through our changing situation. The facility is clean, cheerful, and offered many, many amenities. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents. I was especially impressed that the staff knew the residents by name and the residents we happy to see the staff and interact with them. There is a true homey feel to this place not only for the residents but those who visit.

My mother moved into the Assisted Living section of this lovely facility two weeks ago. Having lived in the same home for 56 years, 28 of them alone, she is not used to change or groups of people. She adores this new place. She has her own cute apartment, all her meals are cooked deliciously, her apartment is cleaned weekly, her laundry is done. The staff are ALL so sweet and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with outdoor tables and chairs and lovely plants and trees. It's a small facility of 50 residents, so it's not overwhelming. my mom is cared for but has her independence and dignity at the same time. My sister and I love it too, and visit our mom 3-4 times per week. We are so relieved she is in a safe place and well taken care of. Mostly though, that she is very happy! Can't thank them enough. Mom moved back to Massachusetts in February of this year. She wanted to come back so it made it easy for me to move her. I looked around for a nice assisted living for her and found Shrewsbury Crossing. I went for an interview/meeting and was served lunch. The manager, Peter and Kelly (not sure what her title is) walked me through the process as I had no idea how this was going to work. Mom moved in and has been happy. She is 91 and was living independently and DRIVING. She volunteered to give up her car. She has a cute studio apartment that overlooks the St. Johns ball fields. She enjoys watching the children play sports from her window. There is plenty to keep her busy which was one of the things that is very important to her as she calls herself "a people person". Her friends and our family call me all the time wondering if she is still there because she is never in the room. Socializing all the time. I only visit twice a week as I really want to her to remain independent as long as possible. She has settled in nicely and I am very pleased with the response time on the few occasions I have had to ask for something. Easy access to 290 and 8 miles from my house. Perfect. Oh yes....she has nothing but praise for the food. It's like living on a cruise ship. Very caring staff...I made the right selection. Barbara Mard
