I attended a Fundraiser Car Show Weds. What an amazing event. The staff was amazing and especially Bonny the Director of Sales made everyone feel so welcome as she was the master of ceremonies. I was so impressed by the fact that people came to the event whose parents lived in Bridges and died there, and they came back to respect and support staff Quite a tribute !!

We just moved my mother with dementia into this gorgeous facility full of sweet people!! Zero "nursing home" vibes, this is a lovely, clean, safe and gentle environment that we feel confident about Mom living in. An array of activities for her and peace of mind for us! Thank you Bridges!!!

My uncle has been here for almost a year now and we are more than satisfied with his care to say the least. From the day we toured, we could tell the facility was exceptional. The staff are so friendly and engaging, and you can tell they care about their patients and the families. They have coffee, fruit infused water, muffins, and cookies out for everyone to enjoy. From the front desk to the nurses, we always feel welcomed. Every time I visit him his room is clean and organized. The food looks good, and the place is clean! I am just as happy with Bridges as I was when he first moved in!

Our mother has been at Bridges for a year. The facility is bright and clean with lots of features to aid residents with memory issues. The staff is amazing! Our mother is well cared for and each staff member that we have encountered has gone above and beyond to make sure that Mom's needs are being met.

This is the place you want your loved one to be. The facility is perfectly homey, the staff care so much about the residents and treat them like family. If you have any concerns the director Lori is so professional and will make sure to help you find a resolution. She's so great you'll see her visiting with residents and helping the staff daily. Highly recommend!!

Was really time for better care for my mother in law based on her daily challenges. We were looking for a place that could provide the right level of care but also provide her an environment which would allow her to remain active based on her physical abilities. The team at Pembroke really have made this transition so flawless from Day 1. This is an amazing team and well run "home", it is a great relief for my wife and her family. Thank you.

The staff, especially the Director Lori, are so caring and passionate to not only the residents but their families. I Can finally go about my day without having to worry about my mom because I know she is so well cared for. The move in process was so smooth thanks to Lori and me and my siblings can be my mothers children again, instead of her caretakers. From the minute we toured we could tell how great the staff were. It is also very clean and up to date. I cannot thank bridges enough.

The staff have been so caring and helpful and the facility has such a positive atmosphere whenever I'm there visiting. They work hard to make everyone part of the Bridges family. Our family has been so impressed with this facility. My grandmother has been there for 9 months and they have over delivered on everything they promised. Management is top notch- they take time with any questions or concerns and their patients and their families are treated like their own- just as promised on the very first day. My Nana lives at Bridges By Epoch and I could not be happier with the care that she receives. Unfortunately, I live out of state but every time I call to speak with her she seems so happy and the staff seem wonderful. It gives me peace of mind to know that she is safe and well taken care of.

My family and I were searching several different senior-citizen care homes for my grandmother. We were starting to lose hope as the rest of the facilities in the region were either incredibly expensive or were not very clean and "homey". Cleanliness, rights for the residents, and an overall "homey" feel were our upmost priority. We found this instantly when visiting the EPOCH at Pembroke. The staff was incredibly kind and caring and we love the overall setup of the buildings. My family and I attended one of the several activities going on throughout the day. It was incredibly engaging and my grandmother had a blast! I look forward to visiting her every chance that I get and would absolutely recommend this assisted living facility!

I've worked at Bridges in Pembroke for 3 years. I am as happy today as I was the day I started. It doesn't seem like a job to me. We work hard AND have fun! My mother in law was at Bridges Pembroke for almost a year before her passing, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. EVERY SINGLE staff member from front desk, to maintenance, to dining, to CNA and nursing staff, was top notch!! I am a nurse of over 20 years and have seen it all in different facilities and I can't believe the caliber of staff here and the way each and every one of them cares so deeply for the residents. On top of that, it's beautiful, clean, organized, welcoming, they do SO many activities and events for the residents (and the families too!). I only wish my mother in law had more time here. It is a special one of a kind place. Kudos to the head of Bridges for creating a business model/hiring process where you only take the best!

If I could leave six stars I would! I've been searching for a memory care setting for a loved one and Bonnie Durell, at Bridges by Epoch in Pembroke, MA has been amazing. Although Bridges at Epoch at this point, is not the best fit for my family member, Bonnie was nonetheless amazingly helpful and has put me in touch with folks at other supported living communities in the area. She spent over an hour speaking to me when I was connected with her via A Place for Mom. She answered all my questions, was never rude, didn't hard sell me at any point and I came away from the call feeling hopeful and not as overwhelmed. She's kind, funny, non-nnesense and has wealth of knowledge thanks to several years in the industry. I couldn't be happier!

The team at Bridges in Pembroke are fun, friendly and kind. You can feel the warmth from the moment you walk thru the door and Valerie greets you at the front desk with a smile. Lori and Bonnie are approachable and the wellness staff know their residents and strive to provide and advocate for the best care for their unique population. The residents are well taken care of and the communication between the wellness staff and outside providers is clear and prompt. I always enjoy visiting for events, especially their annual dog show.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to know that my mom is in such a loving and caring environment at Bridges. Over the past four months, everyone has been so amazing in mom's transition- from the Director to the nursing team, to the waitresses and reception. When we were looking our mothers final "home", it was not even a decision that we had to contemplate because the differences from other facilities we looked at were so clear. We finally have our mom back- our role as her caretaker has changed back to being her daughters again and for that we are forever grateful. You always think that no one can care for your loved one the way family would, but at Bridges Pembroke, they really do treat their patients as though they are their own family. Thank you Bridges Pembroke for the love and care and compassion you bring to our mom every day.

It has been almost one year since my dad moved into Bridges in Pembroke. To be honest I had always planned on taking care of my dad at home. I thought it would be hard, but I thought we could make it work between myself, my 2 sisters and private caregivers...and for a while we did. It wasn't until my dad needed continuous 24 hour supervision/care that we realized how difficult it would be to keep my dad at home safely. Things happen in life and a caregiver needs to cancel at the last minute or something comes up with one of your kids or work. It is then that you start to realize that even when you think you have a pretty organized care plan at home, it is not going to run smoothly all the time...and consistency is what my dad needed. Moving my dad out of his home that he had lived in for 50 years was the hardest decision my sisters and I had to make. It was a very emotional time and I kept asking myself, "is this the right decision?" Now almost a year later I can answer with complete certainty that yes, that was the right decision. I didn't realize how much my dad's old home environment was contributing to his confusion, anxiety and fall risk. Something as simple as knowing what day was trash pickup made my dad so worried that he was going to miss it. It would be the only thing he could talk about for hours, even though he had people there to help him. I could give a hundred examples like that but basically what I'm trying to say is sometimes changing the environment can make all the difference for someone with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. My dad is doing so well now and it's because he is in an environment that is just the right kind of stimulation for someone with Alzheimer's disease. He still has his memory impairment, but he does not have all the worries anymore. It is so nice to visit my dad and see him happy and relaxed again. He's doing so well because the staff there have made a tremendous effort to really get to know my dad, what his likes and dislikes are and they are taking such good care of him. I truly appreciate all the hard work that ALL the staff put into taking care of my dad and all the residents. I now feel so much more at ease knowing that my dad is in such good hands.

I can’t say enough about Bridges in Pembroke! The facility is beautiful and clean. All the staff that I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been nothing but welcoming, kind and supportive. No question of mine, no matter how small, has ever gone unanswered. My aunt has been a resident there for a little over a year. She has had a wonderful experience and has enjoyed activities, special holiday events and even outings on occasion. It’s nice to see her smiling and involved when I go to visit her. Thank you to all the staff at Bridges in Pembroke for giving my aunt a wonderful quality of life. I will be forever grateful!!
