I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Sunrise, in particular Ms. Tara Portelle. My dad was a resident there and he was treated with kindness and respect at all times. Tara was instrumental in making him feel comfortable and relaxed as he had never lived outside of his home. The staff made sure his well-being was paramount at all times and he was very happy while a resident. I had the pleasure of attending the holiday party at Gardner Park this past December it was a wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming and clearly dedicated to ever resident and family. The event itself was beautifully organized and you could really feel the warmth and sense of community throughout the whole building. I personally could not recommend a better place the staff makes you feel like your at home!

Sunrise is the perfect place for care for our mother, the staff is caring, knowledgeable, and she has round the clock care in a very clean and well kept environment. I would recommend the facility to others that are looking for placement for their family.

My mother has been a resident in the memory care unit for just about two years now. I am happy to write that the experience my siblings and I have had are extremely positive. Our mother is well cared for and looked after by both the nursing and the support staff. Her room is always neat and tidy, as are all the other resident rooms and common areas. The food at main meals always looks appetizing and snacks are served at times which is good for mom's sweet tooth. They engage her with activities that are appropriate for her cognitive function. The staff is always very friendly from the greeters at the main entrance to the floor staff and everyone else encountered. Of note, major renovations are underway with a new roof, siding and windows which look great. The staff have also been putting up seasonal decor around the common areas which is a nice touch!

My family has been very happy with the facility. Years ago we had my grandfather here and now my grandmother moved in this year. Especially appreciative to Grace and Michelle, both are in contact with my brother regularly regarding my grandmother’s care.

I can't recommend enough! They do a wonderful job going above and beyond. Between the services they provide and way they genuinely care for the residents, it really is a wonderful place to call home for my loved one. I think you will find other reviews mention it too, but the staff is exceptional. Huge shout out to Grace and Michelle who really make you feel like you are part of the family. You are absolutely in good hands with them.

From my first meeting with the sales person, to the evaluation of my mother's condition, right up to the present day with the quality of the care provide by the entire staff, Sunrise at Gardner Park has made a difficult situation easier to cope with and provided a safe environment for a family member dealing with dementia. They are extremely caring and attentive to any changes in her needs or condition. They keep me well informed of how she is doing whether it be in person during my visits or by email/phone if something comes up that I need to be informed of quickly. Overall I am very happy with my decision to choose Sunrise at Gardner Park for the attention and care my mother has come to need.

We love Sunrise! We know that my mother is safe and well cared for. She has a beautiful room with all of her furniture and plants and art work. She has big sunny windows and really enjoys the space. The staff is readily accessible, very helpful and quite patient with her even when she decides to be a bit stubborn. My husband and I always say we would be happy to live there ourselves!

My mother is now a resident. We are very happy with the facility. Lots of activities and a very nice apartment. Super nice staff, good food, and awesome landscaping. My mother, Josephine, wanted to say the staff ( activities director, hair dresser, desk greeters, cooks, nursing ) are just wonderful people. Hopefully we didn’t leave anyone as they all have been really nice. Thank you!

My Mom has been here for a year now. What a wonderful place. Immaculate and feels like home. The entire staff goes above and beyond each and every day. I’m there almost every day to visit and each time I’m impressed by the superb care and compassion extended to my Mother. Kudos to them for maintaining a high quality of life to every resident.
