Having worked in the healthcare industry for many years, I can say that this facility has earned every ounce of its success. Such a fine team! I feel right at home when I visit! Also, the food is delicious!

In October of 2019 my husband broke his hip. Following a successful surgery, he developed a serious infection and had to be rehospitalized. We knew that neither he nor I would be able to return home post hospitalization because he was quite weak and neither of us could manage the two flights of stairs in our house. When I searched for a suitable place for his recovery, Brightview stood out from others. We were fortunate that they had a furnished apartment available that we could rent for a few months. My initial impression proved to be spot on. The staff were welcoming, caring, and professional. The Brightview philosophy of wellness, SPICE, (Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural and Emotional) is fleshed out in the environment, the nutritious and delicious food, the offerings for exercise, the speakers, the entertainers, the social activities. Although we left Brightview when we were able to return home in January 2020, I have kept in contact with friends I made there. I am so impressed to hear that Deanna and all of the staff have been so careful and conscientious in their responses to COVID 19. My very best wishes and my gratitude to all at Brightview. Friendly staff extremely supportive during a very difficult year. My family member living in the assisted living unit remains happy and satisfied with all aspects of the community. Social activities continue as appropriate with precautions sustaining quality of life for residents.

My mother and father have been residents for a couple years now. Cannot express our appreciation for all the help from so many staff members during a very difficult time. My fathers passing and the Covid crisis hitting about the same time ( he did not pass from COVID-19) The staff has been amazing with Mom and her family during a difficult time. They have been more than accommodating during my mothers hospitalization ( also not Covid) and helped us secure the care she needed to return and get back to her old self. My mom feels secure and independent at the same time during a time of extreme unrest. If I could I would give them more stars.

The staff were very kind and caring to my mother and for that I am very grateful. It is a physically very attractive residence and they reached out so nicely to families and had many special meals and events which were so nice to attend and made very nice memories for me and my family.

Our family is so grateful each day for the kindness, support and caring of the Brightview team. We cant say enough about each and every one of them. In particular, they have created such a loving environment for my father. We feel blessed that they take a personal interest in him and always make him feel cared for which gives us, as a family, great peace of mind. Words cannot express our gratitude. ❤

Dad and mom wanted only to stay in Danvers so we were limited as to assisted living. So glad 4 years later that we chose Brightview. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Mom was there about a year and a half before moving into long term care facility. We were really worried about dad but the staff took him under their wing, especially after she passed and made sure he was well -cared for. I was always kept in the loop about changes or incidents but was able to breathe easy knowing he was well cared for. He recently passed away and the support I and the family received was overwhelming. These people have done an outstanding job during this awful pandemic, treating the residents like family and being there for them. I was so impressed with the caring and love they showed that I recently took a part-time position mainly for myself so I can keep in touch with the associates and the residents who befriended dad and made his final days comfortable and stress-free.

My parents were residents at Brightview in Danvers for 5 years starting as independent residents then moving on to assisted and finally to the Wellspring Village. The staff was respectful, friendly, compassionate and accommodated us every step of the way. Definitely recommend them!

My mom lived in wellspring village which is there dementia unit until she passed away. The staff were all so caring and loving to not only my mom, but also to my whole family. Allie who is in charge of all of wellspring is truly one of the most compassionate people you will ever come across in your life. All of the staff were amazing and ensured my mom was comfortable and had the best quality of life, especially at the end. I must say that outside of wellspring some nurses were incompetent, lazy, and rude. The head of all nursing carol was not only unresponsive most of the time, but when she did respond to you, she was cold and always came off like we were bothering her. I probably was able to communicate with her twice total in the year she was in charge. Besides that the food was great and moms unit was always clean. Moms care was always too notch and if I ever had a concern Allie would not only look into it, but would resolve it immediately. Losing mom was one of the hardest experiences I have gone through, but the staff helped me through the whole way. It is not common to find people that care like they do. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful BrightView is. The staff goes over and above, the property is beautiful, clean and welcoming, the food is tasty, and most importantly - they treat the residents with respect, warmth and dignity. They are kind, professional and warm! Staff members know each resident by name, they encourage family to visit and when a resident has a medical issue they work tirelessly to reduce pressure on the resident and their family members. Highly recommend!

My Dad has lived at Brightview Danvers for 4 years. He is happy and safe. He can be a fussy eater but loves the food provided in the dining room. Steve does the exercise groups and has inspired Dad to exercise and get out of his room every morning. As long as Dad is happy and safe, I feel good. He couldn't be in his home so Brightview is the best thing.
