When my grandfather passed away, my family made the tough decision to put my grandmother in this assisted living home…. I am so glad we did! She has more friends than ever and loves the staff and community alike. We had Thanksgiving dinner there today and I was blown away by the quality of food and the sense of humor/patience of the people working there. The name of the place is benchmark Senior living it's a place for seniors apartments to live and I clean the apartment and I do maintenance I shampoo carpets I do plumbing it's a beautiful place to live for the seniors if you know of any seniors that live in the Newton area or any area tell them to come and check it out

The wonderful staff at Cabot Park Village has been taking care of my mother for the last 7 years, their commitment to their residents is truly incredible, it never wavered during the darkest days of the pandemic. They tried everything to keep the residents safe but continued to create a comfortable living environment. My family will always be grateful for their efforts.

Cabot Park Village provides the perfect living environment for those needing to relocate parents in the Boston area. The living spaces are just the right size, with all the necessary amenities. The very caring staff really get to know the residents, as they provide the guidance for families navigating the ever changing needs of their family members. Todd Raymond is always available to answer questions and help support both the residents and the families! There are activities scheduled both on site and off site, allowing residents to meet their social needs.

My mother moved to Cabot Park Village a year after my dad passed away and over the last six years has found a home and community. The staff are excellent and care for my mom in myriad of ways large and small. She has found friends and activities to stay engaged which has helped her tremendously. I'm so thankful we were able to find Cabot Park Village and would highly recommend it!

The support of the staff has been amazing helping our loved one to remain at Cabot Park despite frequent medical challenges. Alongside that, is the genuine care and concern from all the employees, kitchen, maintenance, concierge, management. It's easy to tell when one visits, that employees like where they work and like what they do. That translates to a great environment for the residents.

Cabot Park Village has been the perfect place for my parents to move to after selling their home of 60 plus years. The staff, the facility, the activities, the neighborhood - it's all been just what they needed. Under the leadership of Todd Raymond, a wonderful director, staff is committed to providing a caring, supportive, and encouragement environment. My folks are so busy dining with new friends, going to an exercise class, taking daily walks, participating in activities ranging from interesting speakers to musical events to book group to playing Jeopardy and so much more that it's not easy to reach them on the phone! Of course they still have each other which helps, but knowing that they are at a place with such compassionate staff around them is very reassuring for the future. I highly recommend Cabot Park Village to families seeking an independent living facility.

I Just had my 5th year anniversary of working here. absolutely love this place. The staff is so committed to making the lives of our residents the best they can be. And we have a wonderful, diverse group of residents as well. I would highly recommend Cabot Park Village as a place to work or live!
