The Residence at Watertown Square – Reviews
Our exposure to The Residence was an exceptional learning experience. Jennifer Anthony demonstrates professionalism with passion, intensity, and dedication while assisting the family in every way to accommodate an effortless transition to senior living. Kathy & Ralph D’Alelio
Between the staff, the care and the facility, truly a 5 star assisted living community. Ideal for residents that want to live close to Boston and Cambridge.
The staff at The Residence at Watertown Square couldnt be friendlier or more helpful. From the Executive Director to servers in the dining room, everyone is attentive and caring. Our experience during the initial tours, phone and email conversations leading up to move-in day were informative and educational. We never felt as though the services or community were being oversold and, in fact, we never felt pressured or swayed into making any decisions that were not in the best interests of our mothers needs. Now that shes moved in, the communications from the community are timely and encouraging. We highly recommend The Residences at Watertown Square for a loved one who needs daily assistance in their senior years.
Nothing They have done a remarkable job. We know our mother has been cared for and kept safe.April S. Is quite extraordinary in how she has dealt with all of this. She has continually kept us informed, answered every email promptly and was there this past Sunday to help bring my mother outside for only the second time since the pandemic hit.Melissa has been a constant source of communication for us and we really appreciate her going that extra mile to check up on our mother.Cant say enough good things about the Residence in Watertown,MA.Thank you so much.
The issue is not what more but how LCB can reassess what has been done. The social isolation is at a level where it has become more of a health risk than Covid 19. I feel strongly that on-site resident testing could mitigate the risk of allowing family and friends to return to your campuses. Please consider something soon...time is running out for many of your residences.
CNA-Certified nursing assistant (current employee )at Residence Watertown MA.Great place to work. And supportive management .The most enjoyable part of this job is getting to know the Amazing Residents!! This is a beautiful community and I was impressed. This community cost a little more than we could afford. The people I met were fantastic and the community was clean. I would move in if I could.
The Residence at Watertown Square was a clean and up-kept community. I was received with friendly staff and a smart tour guide. The community unfortunately did not meet our needs but it was very nice. Nurse care and complimentary transportation was available. I would recommend a tour of the community to families in search of a good community.
It's a 5 star place for your loved ones.
