Don't try to get in touch with a patient because they do not know how to connect you. I have tried several days and they either hang up on you or put you to some voicemail which we know patients don't have voicemail there. It really sucks when you are disabled and cannot visit but would like to call and talk to the person to let them know you are thinking of them. Maybe they should teach staff how to connect you to patients. Very unhappy about this.
