Great place to work. I have to say i was sceptical about coming back into this industry due to a former independent living community ( bad experience)and i have to say this independent living is by far the best one i've had the pleasure of working for. The management team and support from the home office is amazing. plus I have worked with some amazing people and the staff we have there now are all team players. I know it sounds little cliche to say but RLC is like one big family. The company really goes above and beyond with there benefits,perks and great incentives.They believe in retention and helping staff succeed in there roles rather than just showing you the door. I can honestly say Im glad I found this company as its been a blessing to me and my family. plus I love working and seniors and helping them as they enjoy the best years of there adult lives. Huge fantastic facility, super staff, and AWESOME audience at our performance today. It was an honor to work with Cheryl Montiverdi in ACTIVITIES. Doug The Talking Dog and everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to the two residents celebrating their birthdays today. Special thanks to the resident John who volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMY, wear our ventriloquist face mask and help Chelsea The Chimpanzee sing our "NO BULLY ZONE" song. (No, they did not sing at the same time... I'm not that good!).
