My mom just moved into Keystone Commons in Ludlow and the staff have been so helpful with all the steps for this big transition. They have gone out of their way to make this easy on Mom and on us (her kids). Danielle from Keystone has helped Mom with introductions to other residents, arranging lunch for us on a very chaotic move-in day, and staying to be sure mom had a working tv before bed.

Where do I begin to review this marvelous place. First was setting up an appointment to tour the faculty for a family loved one with the very accommodating Grace Barone, who was a wealth of information. She gave a very informative and wonderful tour of all that Keystone has to offer, which I might add is plentiful. Its such a serene and beautiful place which feels and looks like youre living in the country, but in actuality is very close to grocery stores, Randalls Farm and many other places to do business and also conveniently close to the Mass Pike and 91. The staff were always smiling and couldnt do enough for you and it felt very homey with everyone of the residents seemly knowing each other and very friendly. Isnt that what home is all about? Feeling happy and comfortable. Dont overlook this little gem in Paradise. Beautiful inside and out.

Our wonderful Staff and Vendor gave us our COVID vaccinations on Jan. 21st. Follow-up will be on Feb. 11. We had our follow-up vaccination yesterday, including snacks and juice during the observation period. Again, it all went smoothly.

My mom has lived here for a year and the staff and management goes way above and beyond to make residents comfortable and take care of their needs. I toured eight facilities before I chose this one, and many were very good, but this one fit ALL our needs and I am so happy with my decision.

I moved my mom here a year ago after touring eight different local facilities. I couldnt be happier with my decision. Mom has had health challenges [at 90, of course she has!] and they have been wonderful, helpful, supportive, caring and most of all COMMUNICATIVE which is a bigger deal than youd think when managing an elders affairs. Very well staffed and responsive. Highly recommend.

As a former employee I can tell you this facility is great. Nurses and all staff genuinely care about every resident. Its very clean and organized. I had to leave because I moved & I can tell you its hard to find a place that compares!

What more could you ask for? Good food, good friends- more activities than you can count, cleanliness, helpful staff, spacious rooms, many choices of apartment lay-outs. Compared to many locals choices, you will see that the Commons is the best!

Keystone is maintained like a high class hotel. People who visit me say it is a beautiful place. If I have to be somewhere other than home it is the perfect place. I feel like the people that work there are always welcoming and helpful. The best thing about Keystone is the Friendliness!

It has been one year since we moved our mother into the memory care unit at Keystone commons. Transitioning her to an assisted living/ memory care unit was one of the most difficult decisions that my family has faced. As I look back now I realize that it was one of the best decisions that we could have made for her. I cannot say enough about the facility and the staff. I have not seen my mother so engaged and happy in a very long time. Whether she is participating in an activity such as cooking, singing, yoga, or getting a manicure or just relaxing in the common area listening to music she is living life again. The facility is impeccably clean and the grounds are beautiful. The food is delicious and I am able to order and join her for meals when I visit. The menu is vast and there is something for everyone. The staff, of all levels, is professional and compassionate. They know her by name and are always first to say "hello Joyce". I want to thank all of the staff at Keystone commons for their exceptional care. I now have peace of mind knowing that my mother is in a safe and caring environment and most of all, she is living life again and smiling.

the staff that is attending to my wifes needs is so very attentive and helpful, they continually see that she has alll the care and attention to keep her comfortable and satisfied. the staff sees that as her needs and moods change that she is made comfortable and relaxed as she goes in and out of the mood changes. we could not ask for any better care for her.

The Memory care unit at Keystone Commons is nothing short of outstanding! Making the decision to move a loved one from the family home is never easy. However, all the staff members have truly made this transition a positive experience. The hands on level of care is exceptional and while Mom will never recover from her Dementia/Alzheimers the staff has great skill in interacting and caring for her. The staffs ability to get her involved in a variety of daily activities from baking to yoga has greatly improved her quality of daily living and alertness.

I havent seen my mom this social or happy in years!! Although it was a tough decision to move my mom to the cottage, the team at keystone commons made it an easy transition. The staff is wonderful and so caring. Im so glad that my mom is there and enjoying life again. 5 stars

Activities at a Keystone Commons are entertaining, varied, fascinating. There is literally something for everyone. The directors are incredibly talented young women who move from being furniture movers to 2018 Monet's. Observing the directors one can see they do not skip a beat nor skimp on energy to ensure everyone is treated fairly and happily. No activity is too overwhelming to keep them from providing the very best for the residents. Keystone is most fortunate to have them-Amy,Lynn,and Danielle. You are loved!
