Setting and grounds are lovely and very much enjoyed by residents. Cost is below market rate but services are limited. No Activity Director since January. My main complaint and the reason I am leaving is that this place is not an Independent Living Community, it is Assisted Living.

I so enjoy my life here at Bluebird. I continue my hobbies and can share any talents with others. Trips are arranged for pleasure and learning. My family is nearby and can visit at any time and included in planned community festivities. Come and join me here.

I was exploring Senior living for myself at several facilities in MA. As i live in NC, my conversations with these facilities were not in person. I spoke with several facilities that left me with more questions than answers until I spoke with Dave Foley at Holiday Bluebird. Dave provided me with outstanding support . He is a caring man who instantly made me feel comfortable in discussing what I needed. I never felt any pressure from him to move forward more quickly.. I had many questions and he gave me explanations and different options I could consider. He wanted to give me as much time as I needed to decide what my next steps should be. He did call me to ensure I didn't have more questions,

Absolutely wonderful living facility. It was a seamless move in experience and everyone from the staff to the residents has welcomed us and helped us feel at home. The food has been very good and we love that our grand dogs can visit.

Everyone has been wonderful with my 94 year mother. She feels welcomed and safe in the very pleasant atmosphere. A great place for someone s as independent as my mother. I feel that she is getting the social interaction that she needs. Dining experiences have been great as well.

We visited our family member unexpectedly from out of state and were greeted by John Freeley who welcomed us warmly and showed us to her room and offered us a tour. We then stayed for supper and we were served by JP (John Phillips) who waited on us ("from his heart") and made us feel so welcomed and special. We wanted to tip him but he did not accept. All the employees were so friendly. It is clean and beautiful. My Aunt is happy there and it really felt like being on a holiday! God bless John and JP!

My husband bobby and I we want to say and every one involved hear how nice this place we tell every one any problem you have they take care of it right away, and David what a nice guy he made us feel right at home we were having a hard time with are home to sell and he kept telling it will sell be pt he was wonderful this place is a god sent, he work hard for us to get things going and he did I hope he stays hear for ever he loves people you can see he cares he made us countable we tryed this other place it was not for us David called us and came to see him he was the best he took alot off time to talk to us and abby is great she dose her job very happy person that is inportant and John Freeley always very friedly he is always there and john phillips always happy like every one else is

I love the Activities Director Abby and all of the activities and events that are offered! My cat and I love our room. The kitchen offers good meals. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bluebird Estates! I was looking for a place that my mother would enjoy living at and feel safe. On our tour she loved the place, so did I. The spacious airy feel when you walk In is great. She loved the big windows and the patio off her apartment. There’s plenty of things and events going on to partake in if she wants to. Most of all she loves the meals served in the restaurant. One less thing I need to worry about or her. It’s still independent living so she can come and go as she pleases. Love this place! My mom moved in almost a year ago and it was the best decision we made as a family. There is such a great sense of community and all of the staff is welcoming and helpful. There are activities for residents and their families. Definitely recommend this community if searching for a nice place for your loved ones!

My parents recently determined it would be best for them to relocate from their snowbird spot in FL to an independent living community closer to family on the east coast. We are delighted and thankful they've engaged change of this magnitude and significance and had faith in our ability to help set them up in a new environment essentially sight-unseen. Bluebird's management has been incredibly accommodating and communicative in addressing the myriad questions and considerations inherent in onboarding, and the entire Bluebird staff have provided welcome layers of service, support, and community. Bluebird Estates is situated in a bucolic countryside setting that provides lush views of nature out the many windows of their recently renovated 2BR apartment, which features their own entry door to their patio and surrounding well-maintained grounds, which is ideal for necessary ad-hoc walks with their small dogs. Easily scheduled shuttle service provides opportunities and means to get out and around, whether for necessary appointments and errands, or for shopping and facility-organized special events, etc. This has eliminated the need to maintain a vehicle, which is fortunately a benefit they've embraced wholeheartedly. There is independence where preferred, and services where needed. I'm guessing there are at least a few parallel backstories among Bluebird's residents, and that they have found similar appreciation for this supportive community.

I moved here last October. The move-in was very smooth. The management staff and servers are very accommodating and do a great job making me feel at home. Pilar, one of the housekeepers here has been especialy kind to me. Chef Natalie does a wonderful job with food. The property is kept very clean. My kitties feel as welcome as i do. If you are looking for a safe place to roost, consider Bluebird Estates. I've met some lifelong friends here.

I've been living here since September 2024, and I'm very happy. I couldn't have made a better choice. The hospitable, friendly, caring, super helpful staff continues to confirm that. I lived in a beautiful, independent living community in West Palm Beach, FL. I have to say the quality of living environment here at Bluebird far surpasses the environment in West Palm Beach. Whenever I've needed some assistance, because of the family type, sort of 'open door' communication with staff hete, I felt very comfortable asking for it, and my request was always responded to with eagerness to satisfy. I felt comfortable, accepted, and safe from day one. The landscape and the beautiful trees during the fall and now snow gives me a feeling of serenity from my patio and a path around the building, provides for a nice peaceful walk when weather permits. I've always believed good management starts at the top, and teamwork in any business is reflected throughout. That's what you get here at Bluebird. It makes everyone happy, which is pretty much reflected in the attitude of many of the residents I've come to know. Do I work here? No. I just like living here.

I have lived here for 15 months. The staff is what makes this place. Olivia, the business office manager makes it all the better; always there to help whenever needed. Chef Natalie, JP and John are a great team and make me feel at home. This community is very well kept.

I have lived here for a year. The staff here is the absolute best. Chef Natalie, her staff, and the servers go above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs. The grounds are always well kept and clean. I love walking daily here. It is very peaceful.

I will leave you with this. My father lived at Bluebird from July of 2018 to June of 2024. In March of 2024 my father fell and broke his leg. He was in a rehab facility for 3 months. After living in Bluebird for almost 6 years nobody ever once called to ask how he was doing. Not one time. Now they auto-debited his account at the first of the month. They were on point about that. But they never checked in to see when he was coming back.

I think that the staff here tries their best to insure you are happy. The place is well kept and maintained. I am impressed with the greeting staff, the thoroughness of the orientation staff. the activities are posted, and the food staff is great.

Blue Bird Estates is Awesome! I sing there regularly, and it's one of my favorite places to visit! The staff is amazing and the folks reflect that with their warmth and enthusiasm. BlueBird Estates is a very nice place my Band The Doctors of Dixie we play there all the time Rachel Finney is a very nice person to work with. The people there love her, she is such a nice person to work with plan events for the residents. She planned a St. Patricks Party as she did last year everything was decorated and the food was great. The band played lots of Irish music and had lots of sing alongs.The staff is very nice there too always pleasant.

As a full time professional singer and entertainer I work many casinos and theaters nationwide. But when I'm local I love to bring smiles and joy to our seniors by providing them with quality entertainment. Bluebird Estates in East Longmeadow MA has for many years been a go-to destination for me because they are a quality facility with quality professional people working there. I am an entertainer that has performed at Bluebird Estates for 22 times over the past 9 years. The facility is perhaps one the best I perform at in many ways. The staff there are very friendly and efficient, especially Rachael Finney, the Activities Director for whom I work. The new renovations are spectacular and the Food service looks great. The recently renovated Bluebird Estates is a beautiful place to be. It is very clean and everything is new. I entertain at Bluebird with fellow musicians and everyone is so pleasant. The staff is wonderful and the residents seem so happy and comfortable. I know several by name including Claire who will be 101 shortly. They know each other and enjoy each others company. The dining room is very elegant which makes me suspect the food is excellent. Feels like a great place to live and enjoy friends.

I've recently moved out of state so Bluebird is no longer an option for our family. That said, I happened to catch a local news story that was highlighting the recent renovations and I thought the property looked lovely. The colors and decor seem bright and fresh which is so important for the mental health of the residents. It also was lovely to see the happy smiles of the residents who were filmed, it certainly seems heads and shoulders above several other housing options I was aware of in the area. Having seen housing space in several other facilities, I think Bluebird is worth a look.

I recently visited a long time family friend who is like grandma to me. I thought the property was really nice and looked newly renovated. It seemed very peaceful and had a good vibe. I stayed for lunch and dinner and it was really nice to see eat some real quality food! The chicken marsala was really good. That was always a family favorite! I think it's a really great option for independent living and it was so great to have such a nice day with the people you care about and leave with a big smile on your face!
