A month ago we moved our loved one into The Arbors at Dracut. Being in the healthcare field, and doing what I do, I have been in all of the ALF's in the Merrimack Valley. That being said, I knew that we had A LOT of great places to choose from. We needed somewhere close by, easy for us to get to, and visit more often. We toured a few places, and The Arbors was the perfect match. Not only is it beautiful, but it is always clean and well maintained. They had a first floor, studio apartment available, which met our needs perfectly. It is spacious and bright and overlooks the courtyard. 2 minutes door to door! AnneMarie Sousa made the process so easy and comfortable. I can not say enough about the Resident Ambassador program! A resident was asked to partner up with our loved one, tour her around the community, bring her to the dining room and have meals with her, show her where the activities are, etc. She has been absolutely amazing and truly a godsend for helping our loved one transition so easily. There is never a great time to discuss moving from your home of almost 50 years, but this was the right time, the right place, with the right people. Thank you!

My father recently became a resident of the Arbors and the entire staff has made the transition seamless. The care that is being provided and the communication from the staff is exceptional. We feel very comfortable knowing our father is being well taken care of and living in a safe environment.

The Reflections Memory Care floor offers a loving and caring environment where the residents are actively engaged all day. My mom is happy and safe, her caretakers so patient and kind. The facility is lovely, meticulously clean, meals are impressive … overall a blessing.

I applaud the reviews, they are well thought out. The Arbors does a good job handling all the different "personalities". Mom, once in a while, expresses a "kind word ". She just doesn't listen to an explanation because "she knows everything ". And only hears what she wants. She just expressed that the other day. LOL Each resident is given a choice to enter in to any activity offered if they want, or not. Up to them. That's life, either be engaged in life or sit back and watch.

The Arbors is a beautiful facility with a warm atmosphere. You are aware as soon as you walk in and are greeted by the knowledgeable and caring staff. Homey atmosphere, beautiful grounds and so many activities for the residents. I highly recommend!!

I highly recommend the Arbors of Dracut for your loved one. My father moved in 3 months ago and the level of care and compassion he has received from the staff during his transition has been wonderful. The staff is caring and friendly and the communication with families is excellent. My father is happy and knowing that he is well cared for gives our family peace of mind.

Maybe one of the hardest decisions a family or person has to make is choosing an assisted living place for yourself or a loved one. I am leaving this review in the hope that it helps someone make that decision. The Arbors At Dracut feels like home. From the moment you walk in the door it is like you entered your best friends living room. Beautiful, calming and inviting. Just off the living room is a small snack or lunch room. Fresh pastries and lemon water available for everyone. The decor is well chosen from the furniture to the art. The Arbors has many meeting or sitting places. Small rooms or opens spaces for talking, playing games, reading or just an offer of a change of scenery. The private courtyard is an added bonus to spend time outside. I have a good friend who just moved in and her smile sealed the deal. Her apartment is beautiful and she is happy. Everyone knows her name and the staff is exemplary. If you are looking for an environment that feels more like a hotel then look no further. The Arbors at Dracut is HOME SWEET HOME!

I cant say enough great things about The Arbors at Dracut. The level of care and comfort the staff provides for their residents are wonderful. It truly is a warm and welcoming community. The communication provided is outstanding and the staff is easily accessible for questions and guidance. The Arbors of Dracut keeps the morale of the residents high, even during these challenging times. I love how the residents stay connected to the local community in so many creative and fun ways. I recommend The Arbors of Dracut because they are a loving, safe community that feels like extended family.

Today, I visited the Arbors Assisted Living in Dracut, Massachusetts. First impressions are usually correct. What a terrific first impression I received from the Arbors. It is very well manicured on the outside and inside. It felt warm and comfortable in there, which is important for our loved ones and us. This new and pristine facility is a great home environment for the elderly, it should be considered without reservations.

The Arbors at Dracut has become not only a wonderful home for our Mother but a warm, supportive place for our family. Mom has been at Arbors since it opened in 2017. We can attest to the amazing, top-level, highly qualified staff. Residents are treated with the utmost respect, dignity and love. The pharmacy next door delivers meds, urgent care is adjacent and we moved Mons primary care next door. Mom is not from the area and has made deep, special friendships. If you are seeking an inviting assisted living, memory care facility and dedicated staff, put the Arbors at Dracut at the top of your list.

The Arbors at Dracut feels like a home. It is a beautifully decorated and welcoming environment. The apartments are spacious and perfectly designed to include all the desired coveniences. The Arbors not only offers its residents a home but it also provides opportunity for activity and entertainment. I recently visited a good friend of my mothers and I was struck by the empathetic and respectful staff as well as the feeling of comfort and happiness exhibited by her. The Arbors at Dracut offers a well managed, safe, clean, and pleasant environment to its residents.

When my grandmother turned 100 years old while living at The Arbors of Dracut, the staff was just as excited as my own family, and they made her feel like a Queen! The Arbors staff were always friendly when they saw her in the halls or the lobby, greeting her with a friendly, Hello Mary! She enjoyed participating in activities such as Bingo and the live entertainment on Friday afternoons, but she especially loved the field trips to Plainridge Park Casino! The fact that the doors to the facility were locked every night and they are super diligent about visitors signing in, made us know that resident safety was their priority. I would highly recommend The Arbors of Dracut to anyone who is looking for a top notch assisted living facility for their loved one.

My mother is a resident in the Reflections area at The Arbors. The facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My mother is well cared for and very happy. I see her light up when any of the Aides come around. They treat her with dignity and lots of love. We could not be happier with her lovely home.

I have had the opportunity visit with a very close friend recently. The Arbors staff and residents are so welcoming and the facility is beautiful. My friend was so excited to show off her beautiful room and pointed out all of its great features. I was surprised to see how spacious it was and how perfectly designed it is to make our aging community safe and comfortable with every convenience of home. There are daily activities so that the community can get together to have fun as a group or individually. I was very impressed and would recommend The Arbors to my friends for consideration.

My parents are in their 80s and I was concerned about them living totally on their own. They were one of the first to move into The Arbors at Dracut. The staff is really wonderful. The monthly newsletter from Judy also gives family members who dont live nearby a glimpse of the activities at the Arbors to keep them informed. The Arbors at Dracut is also in an ideal location with a CVS across the street, a Circle Health Urgent Care next door and a new rehabilitation and nursing facility to be built behind it. I would recommend checking out the facility since it is the best in the area.

I have been a nurse for 20 years. I can honestly say this is the best place I have ever worked! I am currently the Resident Care Director at The Arbors at Dracut. I couldnt have asked for a better family to work for and a more caring team to be a part of. All of the residents are truly amazing. The residents are surrounded by a caring, empathetic, and loving group of people. We are all blessed to work in their home. Our community is proud to have Riverside Medical Group as well as an Urgent Care right next door to meet our residents needs. The Arbors at Dracut is the best assisted living in the Greater Lowell area. My aunt moved in last summer and she has loved every minute of it. The food is delcious, the place is immaculate and there are always activities going on for her to join. Most importantly the staff and the management are attentive to her needs. As the aging process can be somewhat unkind, I have found that The Arbors knows how to treat their residents with respect and dignity. Jonathan and Kellie have handled all our requests professionally and with compassion. They respond quickly and have been open to any suggestions that we bring to the table. They have also taken time to understand the likes, dislikes and personality of my family members, which has tremendously helped my aunt and uncle through any of their own personal adjustments and challenges. The Arbors at Dracut is a beautiful facility. The furnishings and decor make the Arbors feel like a very welcoming place. Every space, including the residents apartments, is kept immaculately clean. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and professional. When we were looking for an assisted living facility for my mother when it became apparent that she could no longer be safe living on her own, Jonathan Athanas, Executive Director, took his time answering our questions without making us feel any pressure to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable about options that were open to us and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. We know that our mom is in good hands at The Arbors at Dracut.

I cant say enough about The Arbors at Dracut. My aunt and uncle have been living there for just over a year. When my aunt had a setback a few months ago and had to transition to a nursing home, Jonathan and Kellie showed why they are so successful in this field. The caring and compassion they have shown to my family has been outstanding. Jonathan is the Executive Director, and is running a business, but he has shown time and time again that he cares so much about the residents and their families. Kellie, the Resident Care Director, is one of the most compassionate people Ive met. Both Jonathan and Kellie have been so supportive of my uncle and my family throughout this ordeal. We cant thank them enough for all they have done for us!

My mother has been living at the Arbors for almost a year. As someone who visits every day, it is comforting to see the compassion the aids have. To see them smile and laugh with the residents, and know it is genuine, gives me immeasurable peace of mind. The aids care for the residents as they would their own parents.
