Jennifer, the Marketing Director, has been extremely accommodating since the day we met her. I can’t thank her enough. The staff, especially the CNA’s and dining services are exceptional. They were a pleasure every time I was there. The facility is very, very clean.

My mom is 81 and has been living her for two months. We toured 4 other places and so grateful we chose the Giving Tree. The staff is beyond helpful, the rooms are way better than other assisted living places and the food is good too. They have music a lot of your into that and the owners are so flexible and accommodating to special circumstances. The residents are down to earth and friendly. It’s clean, bright and close. It’s been a blessing.

I went here with my aunt and uncle a few days ago coming from a few other different spots in the area, and immediately when you walk in you can feel something different because my aunt and uncle loved it instantly. The environment, the staff, even the residents there are amazing. They were extremely welcoming to my family and just from the way of how they work, they care about what they're doing and the people around them. Our tour guide's name was Jennifer, and she did a great job showing us around, my aunt and her were talking the entire time, which made it extremely easy and comfortable throughout the whole experience. This spot is definitely the best around, and if you are interested in looking for a place like this, I would definitely give it a try. And tell Jennifer she is excellent at her job! 10/10.

The staff at the Giving Tree are exceptional, I went here to take my grandfather to tour because he was interested in becoming a resident, and we were greeted by a nice young lady named Jennifer. The inside is beautiful, and Jennifer did an amazing job on explaining and you can truly see that the staff cares and welcomes every single person who walks through the door. If you are around the area and are looking for a retirement home, I would definitely recommend this place.

We feel so fortunate to have had The Giving Tree recommended for our father who needed memory care. Jennifer and Nena are two of the most caring individuals we have ever met, and their compassion has made all the difference. The memory care facility itself is beautiful, new, and unlike traditional care settings—it feels warm and inviting. With each room designed like a studio apartment, it truly provides the best option for an aging parent in need of memory services. Jennifer Geidraitis and the staff at Giving Tree are amazing caring people whose whole focus is the resident and their family. My parents were a week away from moving in, and due to a fall and rapid decline, they are no longer able to live at Giving Tree. This was such a disappointment to us as a family, as we have never felt such a sense of belonging and care for our parents. Jennifer and her staff clearly are focused on people and their needs. The place is beautiful, and the people are extraordinary! If you or your loved one are in need of care, I implore you to consider contacting Jennifer and go see Giving Tree. Me and my family toured this around a week ago, we were greeted by a really nice woman named Jennifer and she answered all of our questions with ease, she walked us around the building and the other residents were really nice and welcoming, and overall just happy to be there. Jennifer was our tour guide, and she was really friendly and social to me and my parents, and you could tell that she enjoys what she does. If you are looking for somewhere, I would highly recommend this place. The staff are fantastic, and everyone knows what they’re doing. Especially Jennifer. My grandparents talk about how much of a welcoming person she is and that they are grateful shes there.

Wow! I was so impressed with my tour's of Giving Tree ! My first tour I was welcomed by Jennifer, she did an outstanding job answering all my questions! I was impressed also by the size of the rooms and how clean everything was! I was able to speak with some of the guests and they all said how much they enjoyed living there! I was surprised to see my name on the welcome board! On my second visit Jennifer was my tour guide, Jennifer was very polite and answered the questions that I had, this time the friends that I was with took pictures! Jennifer also invited us to have lunch, everything was excellent! I still have some "Ducks to get in a row" but my first choice will be Giving tree, Lord willing!

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care and attention my grandpa has received at The Giving Tree Senior Living since he became a resident in October 2024. From the moment he moved in, we knew he had made the right choice. It’s been a positive experience for him and our entire family. The staff at The Giving Tree is absolutely amazing. They are not only professional but also incredibly warm, friendly, and personable. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every resident is comfortable, well-cared for, and treated like family. My grandpa always raves about how wonderful everyone is, and as his granddaughter, I always feel welcomed and valued when I visit. The compassion from everyone is truly heartwarming. My grandpa loves the size of his living space. His private bedroom and bathroom, along with a separate TV room and living area, offer plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. The generous size of his apartment gives him a sense of independence while still being part of a warm and caring community. Every time we talk, he always talks about the food and how much he enjoys the meals. The food is not only delicious but also generous in portion size, with a great variety that ensures there’s always something he loves. The chef and his team work hard to create meals that are both comforting and exciting, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. His favorite space, though, is the pub at The Giving Tree. He loves socializing with his friends, playing a game of pool, and enjoying a drink. It’s just one of the many thoughtful touches that make this community feel like home. We recently had the honor of celebrating my grandfather’s 100th birthday at The Giving Tree, and I cannot express how amazing the celebration was. I live in Florida, so I wasn’t able to be there in person to help plan, but Jennifer’s communication was exceptional, and she made sure every detail was taken care of. What really stood out was the generosity of the Owner, and the entire team at The Giving Tree. They didn’t just help with the logistics—they truly made this a personal and special event for my grandpa. The Owner, along with Jennifer, her family, the Giving Tree staff, and the Chef and his team, went above and beyond in every way possible, ensuring that the celebration was a memorable one for my grandpa and our entire family. We are incredibly thankful to everyone at The Giving Tree for everything they did to make my grandfather’s 100th celebration so special. Their generosity, dedication, kindness, and personal involvement, not just at his celebration, but everyday, truly make a difference in his life. From the first call with Andrea, who was immediately empathetic to my situation. My elderly Dad was living in northern maine and suddenly was unable to be alone. Jennifer was amazing and helped me get all the necessary forms filled out to get Dad accommodated in one day!! The facility is extremely clean, the staff members are so helpful and patient. A special shout out to Gami, who my dad took to immediately!!! She has a special way with the residents. Every person we encountered did their best to settle dad in and make him comfortable. I would highly recommend Giving Tree. And the food is delicious!!

My mother has been a Givingtree resident for seven months, and it has been perfect for her! Givingtree is an incredibly supportive and caring place that has everything that is important to my mom: a very caring and attentive staff, an amazingly interesting and vibrant community that really supports each other, nice sized rooms that are clean and comfortable, stimulating and varied activities, and a very quiet campus with tons of open space that that is unrivaled in the area. My grandfather recently moved into this place and very much appreciates the welcoming and caring attendants. The environment is always tidy and cozy. The staff is extremely kind and are always there to help my grandfather for any of his needs, especially Jennifer. My aunt has been here for 6 months and is very happy. The food is good and filling. The staff is very attentive and have activities every day. They even have a Pub where there is food, drinks and games. I visit my aunt nearly daily and at different times as I live nearby. All my visits have been very welcoming. They listen and react positively to suggestions. I tell them to save a room for me for when I need to come to be a resident.

I cannot believe the difference I have seen in my loved one in just ONE week!! They have totally transformed him for the better. He looks so much better, is participating in activities as opposed to being in his room all day long, is eating healthy meals, smiling all the time and talking to people. All the employees, nurses, etc. treat him with respect. I myself cannot believe that such a transformation has taken place as he is in the Memory Care unit. I seems as though the staff does miracles!! I highly recommend The Giving Tree Senior Living in Dracut, MA. You won’t be sorry admitting a loved one here. You will no longer have to worry about what kind of care or attention they are getting.

I highly and confidently recommend The Giving Tree for your loved one. I have witnessed the excellent care provided by the staff and the positive changes with residents that have moved in. The Giving Tree offers a higher level of care than many other communities, allowing your loved one to age in place. Rarely would there be a care need that cannot be managed by this team. This excellent care does NOT come at a high price. It is the most reasonable pricing I have seen in a beautiful well maintained community!! My 90 year old mom moved in 3 months ago and it has worked out great. She is able to do independent living but doesn’t have to bother with cooking, laundry, and cleaning. She is making new friends and adjusting very well. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and have been very happy with our decision, which Mom was a part of. Removes so much stress for everyone, that enjoyment has come back in daily life. They also understand the elderly, the worrying they do and help they need. Makes life easier and better!

We are absolutely thrilled our mom is back at the Giving Tree in Dracut. Lots of old and new faces to greet her and lots of hugs to go around! The staff (director, nurses, aides) was super accommodating and even included "Welcome Home" treats and flowers. She loves her bright room and is keeping busy with all of the activities. It's a win win for all of us! Glad to be home!

I toured the facility twice, once on my own and once with my son. I’m attempting a way to find a way to place my mom there. Financially it is challenging, but I’m hoping to find a way. My Mom is almost 96 and can benefit from being in a community. The staff has been extremely helpful from the start. They have answered my many questions. The facility appears to be top notch. Onward and upward!
