Right at Home rescued us from a challenging situation when we required round the clock aides for our elderly mom in her last six months. The professional staff were so thoughtful, wise, kind. They were also totally efficient at quickly filling day and night shifts. The health aides were so kind, caring, responsible. I would recommend Right at Home with ZERO reservations.

I wish I could give this company and their caregivers a million stars. My Dad was recently discharged from the hospital on a day before a blizzard. Right at Home had caregivers willing to work 24 hours in a row to cover the care my Dad needed as well as look out for their colleagues. The Aides that Right at Home employs are amazing individuals. When my dad really bonded with one of them the company made sure to have him be assigned to my Dad as much as possible. The Aide on the night my Dad passed was so extraordinary supportive no only to my Dad but also to myself and my sister. My siblings and I felt that the Aides took care of my Dad as though he was their own father. This provided all of us such a reassurance during a very difficult time for all of us. The RN manager of the Aides made sure that my Dad had everything he needed and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

I am writing this review as the neighbor of a caregiver from Right at Home in Bedford. Ama has been caring for my neighbor for several years. As an outside observer, I clearly see her caring and loving nature. Whether it is a chat on the porch on a summer afternoon or careful assistance to the car for an appointment, Ama is smiling, respectful and compassionate. It is easy to see she is a warm, friendly and positive person. She even went out of her way to get to know my family and me and always finds a moment to say good morning or hello and ask how we are doing. Should my parents ever need the help of an in-home caregiver, I hope to find someone as wonderful as Ama- someone dedicated, caring, responsible, compassionate and loving who treats them with dignity and respect. I wish there were more genuine and good-natured people like Ama in the world.

Dear friends at Right at Home Thank you for taking such good care of Joan McNaught in the final year of her life and helping her to remain and die in her own home as was her wish. You were more than patient and understanding as I relayed her many requests and a few stubborn demands to you and you were always most gracious and accommodating. I really can't thank you enough. It is a stressful journey for any family and you made it bearable.
