Stonebridge is the perfect place for my parents . The staff go above and beyond to assist in every aspect of care . My family and I have had to rely on the expertise of the staff to ensure a smooth transition for my parents . Shannon RN has been incredible to work with and has a skill level that is outstanding . John Merry is a valuable resource who has become like family . He is always willing to listen , help and offer a warm hello . From the front desk : Erin and Julie to the maintenance staff William , Rob ,and Louis ,to all the kitchen staff and aides .. everyone does a fabulous job all while remaining very professional . My family and I are beyond grateful for the Stonebridge community .

I have lived at Stonebridge for over 2 years. It was my first experience not living on my own. I must say the experience has been very positive. I have a lovely apartment and the whole staff is amazing. Not only do they service your needs but they are very warm people who care about you as a person.

My husband and I came to Stonebridge 3 years ago. He is in Avita and I am in an independant apt. He gets wonderful care in the memory unit and, during the pandemic I can visit with him several times a week.. When this is over I will be able to be with him whenever I want in Avita. I enjoy my own activities. read knit and watch TV. I enjoy the nightly movies that Stonebridge shows. We are very happy with our choice to come here. The staff and residents are lovely and the food is great!

Deciding to become a permanent resident at Stonebridge was one of the most difficult decisions I ever made. It meant leaving the home we designed and built and the friends we had made over the last twenty years. After Emma passed away and I experienced some health issues I realized that it was time to establish a new home. Many members of the staff have worked here for four or more years. They quickly knew my name; and now say hello Ed when I meet them in the hall. The COVID virus has limited normal interaction with other residents; however Stonebridge has not experienced the spread of the virus that has plagued so many other facilities. Opportunities to gather for exercise, games or entertainment and still maintain social distancing are a daily occurrence. The noon meal is served in the dining room while breakfast and the evening meal are delivered to the rooms. There is always a choice of meals (including a peanut butter sandwich if all else fails). I have routinely selected the heart healthy choice which today was a barbecue beef over rice and garden salad wit blueberry cake or desert. PS: I have had my first dose of the COVID vaccine here at Stonebridge and will have the next shortly.

What a fine place, especially the caring staff. Residents have access to a wide variety of interesting activities, the buildings and campus are lovely, and everyone I spoke with praised the food. Overall, Stonebridge at Burlington is great.

As a Nurse in Winchester I have visited many places. Stonebridge is amazing. Their staff does everything to get the residents involved. The food is amazing and they have done a great job keeping their staff and residents safe during COVID! I recommend Stonebridge for your family. You will not regret it.

Stonebridge is welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Michelle L puts you at ease with her knowledgeable and empathetic manner making it apparent immediately she has the residents best interest at heart. Truly designed in a way that makes you feel like you are at a hotel but with staff specializing in the care of our beloved elderly. Thank you for providing safety first!!

Stonebridge is a beautiful place to be. The layout is so beautiful and the staffs are exceptional. I have worked at others Assisted living but Stonebridge is where I want to be. I strongly recommend Stonebridge with 5 star rating to everyone.

My 90 yr old Mom spent the last 8 months of her life in an apartment at Stonebridge. The staff were excellent and she made a number of strong connections with them and a couple of the residents. She was very fearful of living at an assisted living facility but everyone worked to make her feel comfortable and welcome. It took a few months but she eventually got comfortable enough to participate in some activities. My family and I were very happy that she could live out her last days in such a great environment.

When looking for an assisted living facility with memory care, I researched more than 10 locations. Stonebridge is by far the most beautiful. More importantly, they are equally renowned for the very high quality care they provide. When my terminally ill Uncle was no longer able to care for my Aunt with Alzheimer's, they both moved to Stonebridge. The staff could not have done more to care for them both. After my Uncle passed, my Aunt moved over to the wonderful Avita memory care neighborhood. Throughout this entire process the staff have become like family to us. They are the epitome of professionalism and are nothing short of wonderful. Tracey, the neighborhood Director is a Godsend. There are too many people to praise and than to fit into this brief review. But I will give thanks to them all for the rest of my life.

After touring Stonebridge, I was extremely impressed by the warm and welcoming staff, the beautiful interior spaces and the variety of programs available for my parents. We were treated to a delicious luncheon of fresh lobster rolls and enjoyed a boisterous Happy Hour with live entertainment. Over all this community far exceeds any that I have toured and what impressed me the most were the smiles of the residents who genuinely appear to be happy. Kudos to Stonebridge!

My mother has been a resident since Stonebridge opened. Many of the same staff are still there today. Recently the "bug" went through the community and I have to say, the care and concern for all of the residents was amazing. They had their hands full with a house full of elderly with the flu. I'll leave the rest to your imagination! They hydrated, checked on and cleaned up after many residents for a week. No easy task. But most impressive was, they did it with a smile and compassion. I can't say enough for the CNA and nursing staff that care for my mother. Thank you for everything you do!
