Most seniors want nothing more than to stay in their own home. Unfortunately, this is not always safe for varying reasons. When our family member was not safe to live alone, we turned to Bridges in Andover. From the very first meeting with administrators, we felt that this would be a great home for our loved one who needed a memory care facility. The facility is warm, inviting, clean, active, and homey. After over two years, we still feel the same about Bridges and the wonderful decision that we made. The choices for activities are amazing and ever-changing. The staff is attentive and extremely responsive to our questions and requests. It's never an easy path when searching for an assisted living facility. Our family highly recommends Bridges in Andover!

The experience of putting a loved one in a memory care facility has been challenging on many fronts but I have found Bridges at Andover to be a wonderful partner in this journey. The entire staff who work directly with the residents as well as the administration have consistently demonstrated a positive and supportive attitude. No facility can be 100% perfect in every facet of elder care but I have found everyone at Bridges to be consistently willing to work with the family to ensure that their loved one is well cared for and safe. It's not an easy job to do day in and day out, but the responsiveness and level of caring at Bridges at Andover has been commendable.

Working with the professionals at Bridges by EPOCH at Andover is top notch. Not only are they professional, personable and caring, but are experts in the dementia world. The educational series and support groups they offer, help professionals and caregivers with necessary resources to help those around us. I can't tell you how many families, Social Worker's, and colleagues that I have referred their programs to for further support and education. Knowledge is power, and this road is never easy. Their community is always impeccable, and the food is amazing. The residents are well engaged with a full activity program, and the they truly look happy and well cared for. I recommend checking them out if memory care is needed for someone you love.

I have worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years. 10 years of those being in the Senior Living industry. Bridges by EPOCH in Andover provides excellent care for their residents and strives to exceed expectations with their families. The staff is top notch and has training that helps them understand memory loss and how to work patiently to deliver service and care to each and every resident. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a loved one for care with this team!

Although I do not have a loved one currently living at Bridges by EPOCH, I can honestly say it is a fabulous place with genuinely loving, caring staff members who are devoted and extremely helpful to all! For the past few years I have been attending workshops and support groups offered by Bridges which are geared towards helping family members and caregivers of dementia patients. My mom who has dementia also has a number of major medical issues and is living at a different facility. I was hungry for help and knowledge so that I could gain a better understanding of dementia and learn more about what to say and do (and not say and not do) in order to give her the best quality of life. The staff at Bridges made it clear that their free workshops and support groups are open to anyone in the community and that you do not need to have a family member living at one of their facilities to be able to attendI learned a great deal of very helpful information and tactics to use with my mom (and for myself!), and as a result - my relationship with my mom AND her quality of life has improved dramatically! I have been raving about Bridges ever since the first workshop I attended, and I have gotten others interested as well. I feel so fortunate to have become involved with them and am forever grateful - really! I wish the same level of care and interest in improving residents lives and involving families could happen where my mom is, but sadly it wont ever. The Bridges at Andover facility itself looks beautiful, clean, and inviting, and I know from other people in the support groups Ive attended that they are very happy with the care there. I would strongly recommend it!

Very helpful and professional staff, varied activities and outings for residents, good communications with family members, and a modern facility with secure access to the outdoors. The attentive staff combined with the household model create a calm environment that is less overwhelming than a larger facility. Couldnt ask for a better residence for my mother.

My dad and I are so glad we found the Bridges by EPOCH at Andover for my mother Evelyn. She has really been thriving there and she is so happy. Every time we see her she has a smile on her face. We cannot thank the staff enough for taking such good care of my mom. During these very difficult times we can rest easy because we know she is safe at the Bridges. Bridges by Epoch at Andover has been a Godsend for my Dad and our family. He moved in late January and we have been absolutely thrilled with the staff and care. From the get go, Peter was wonderful, helping us as my Dad moved from a nearby memory care facility to Bridges. He really made us feel so much at ease with the move in every respect. The staff could not be any better- a group of kind, dedicated and caring people who have made my Dad feel relaxed and comfortable, and secure. My Aunt wanted to stay in her very nice condo over the Charles River til the day she was no longer . It was a long road of a year till she was ready to make the move. Now that she has she is enjoying every day and as she tells me , if you have to be some where this is the place to be!For me seeing her smiling and enjoying life again, make me know I did the right thing. My biggest problem is it 8 hours from my home as I live in buffalo, but there is not anything like it in my community. I am at high risk for dementia as well and have told my kids , if I need to be some where in my future , and nothing has changed send me here.

My family and I visited many facilities while looking for a home for our Mom. They all looked and felt like facilities. When we walked into Bridges, we knew we had found her new home. Our Mom was one the first residents to enter the Andover Bridges when it opened in August of 2018. I cannot say enough about the staff! They are so kind and compassionate, we know our Mom is very well taken care of and happy. When we visit, the staff make us feel welcome and a part of the community. Our Mom has been thriving this past year. We received permission slips for them to take her sledding in the winter and water sliding in the summer! Mom does not stop talking about how much fun she had. We received video of that adventure and we treasure it! The activities are fabulous. Mom was not one to partake in many activities and now she rarely misses any.Mom has made many dear friends. It is a joy to sit and have breakfast, lunch or dinner with them and see them interact. The staff is happy to include family. Moms friends family is now like family to her and it very reassuring to all of us ‘kids to know she is so compassionately cared for.

Very attractive new assisted living campus. Prepares their own food, Fully staffed with modern but comfortable latout.Staff is accommodating, organized and helpful. In between buildings all of which are connected is a comfortable and beautiful seating area with umbrellas.t is easily accessible with parking.Two price ranges. First is between 8-10k a month, or a discounted rate for I believe Andover residents, for about half the price.Worth consideration.
