We moved my Mother to Quail run Estates about 5 months ago. She has settled in nicely with the assistance of staff and family. We incorporated helping hands to assist her. Melissa does an outstanding job organizing fun activities for all residents. She goes above and beyond, going door to door inviting guests, helping them to feel included and welcome. This socializing has given my Mother a better er quality of life and we are grateful.

It was a great decision when I decided to make Quail Run my home. Yesterday I was able to introduce some of my friends to my new home and they were as delighted with the food, staff and my digs. Lots to do if you choose to partake. The staff has been responsive and ALWAYS pleasant. Come and join us.

I have been very well received at Quail Run. The people that reside here are mostly friendly. I don’t mind spending time alone. My husband was a military man so I spent time alone during our 59 years together.

I come here as I take care of one of the residents! It is a very clean a lot of happening stuff great residents. The staff especially Kerri is very nice and friendly!

My grandparents have lived here for seven years first in one of the cottages and now in an apartment in the main building and love the community here. They provide three full meals and have a wide variety of scheduled activities, including bingo, exercise, arts and crafts and musical performances to name a few. They also provide transportation to local shops and residents can schedule rides to appointments.

I have lived here for the last 4 years and am very happy in my apartment with my Kitty. The management staff are always willing and able to assist. I have had to give up my car and driving but Quail Run has Van Service residents available for shopping and doctors appointments. Entertainment is available as well.

My sister has lived comfortably here at Quail Run for more than 2 years. She has made some friends & has remarked there are several daytime activities for people with various ability levels. She had lived a very busy, very independent NYC life before she chose to downsize & ENJOY this safe, comfortable, living arrangement. She has found it’s really nice to be provided 3 meals every day plus maid service! Independent living at its best!

Quail Run is adequate except for the rent. It’s somewhat expensive. The food is lousy. The food is not restaurant quality. For what I’m paying in rent the food to be restaurant quality. This has to be changed immediately. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog. That’s how bad the food is.

We recently toured Quail Run and thought it was a wonderful community, ultimately not the best fit for our family member. We had multiple phone and mail conversations and in an person tour with Katelyn Bacon. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and understanding about what a difficult process we were going through. She is a great resource for her community and anyone beginning the process of looking for assisted living communities.

Quail Run is an exceptional place to live. The staff katelyn was my first introduction to this place and within 2 weeks i sold my house and moved her. She and her staff were always available to help. Within a week she asked me to be a resident ambassador and I love working with her. She is exceptional and all staff as well

After visiting numerous facilities to find the right place for our mom, Quail Run Estates was the best overall. This facility feels warm, welcoming and like home. Of course, price was great for everything offered. At 94 her children are hopeful that our mom will be in soon! If her kids could make the decision, she would be moving in for March with the pricing special going on. Thank you Katelyn for the great tour!

We were very pleased with our visit with Katelyn Bacon on Monday 02/19/2024. Katelyn walked us through all areas of the facility with full descriptions of all activities and available services. I would recommend that if you are looking for an assisted living center that you consider Quail Run and schedule an appointment to meet with Katelyn.

Beautiful and accessible facility for Independent living. Huge Main dining room and lots of great public spaces tucked into facility. Sales rep, Adore, was very attentive and interested in our family story. Very impressed with our tour. Unfortunately, my parent is now in need of more care and assistance than facility can provide.
