NOLA Home Care is truly an amazing company. Naturally, as a granddaughter, I had reservations regarding who would be in and out of my grandfather’s residence, providing care. However, to my surprise, the caregiver who was assigned, had been fully attentive and meticulous with the care she provided especially with her expertise in the Alzheimer’s space. Communication from the office is prompt and they are always available when you need them. I can’t thank NOLA Home Care enough for all that they have done!

Nola Home Care is VERY professional, pro-active, responsive, and attentive. We interviewed them (and 3 other agencies) in March (we moved our dad from a home due to Covid) and immediately hired them! On behalf of my entire family, we are VERY grateful and extremely appreciative for the owners, managers, and love-care givers at NOLA Home Care. We moved our dad, who is suffering with dementia, out of a local nursing home, 2 weeks before the start of Covid-19 and we made the best decision ever! We interviewed several home care agencies and without a doubt, we could feel that Nola Home Care was the best option for us, and we were right! We have the upmost trust with the care team and appreciate the great communication and assistance in making this transition out of the nursing home. Dad, and the family have never been happier! Dads health and quality of life has significantly improved!It hurts me so bad hearing the stories (close to us) of what is going on in these homes and reading the newspaper article today that says about a third of all the deaths in CV-19 originated in nursing homes is frightening.On behalf of our entire family, we say thanks! NOLA Home Care was a great choice for my Grandmother 94 yrs, and never had anyone in her home to care for her. The caregivers were very friendly, caring and professional Ashley and Gigi. This care allowed my Grandmother to continue to live in her house and when assistance was needed they were there. They helped with bathing, curling hair, dressing and painting fingernails and many other task she was no longer able to do. They prepared meals that my Grandmother enjoyed enough to even tell other family members about them. We only had NOLA in her home for a few months but was a great choice. A special thank you to Ashley and Gigi.
