Their ok, except their food needs a little improvement!!!! Breakfast and the Salad bar is great! Servers are nice but they have a big turn over in that department! The cleaning lady that cleans her apartment needs improvement as well!!!

It was the best decision that we made for my mom. The facility and grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff in memory care takes great care of their residents. The nurses (Candice and Ashley) kept up with all of my mom’s needs from personal care to medication. The staff would always keeping the residents engaged in various activities such as exercising, art, music and holiday functions. My mom also enjoyed getting her hair and nails done in the salon. The residents get three amazing meals a day. My mom really enjoyed the food. Overall I would recommend St. Anthony’s for your loved one. I feel the residents are well taking care of, nutritionally , stimulated mentally, physically and socially.

Beautiful facility and always clean; major drawback is that the hallways are very long. Mail mostly on time, and facility memos are kept current and placed in individual cubbies; there are a plethora of activities to keep residents busy! Ancillary staff is very friendly except for one or two helping serve in the dining room. Kandise, the Director of Nursing, is wonderful and keeps a watchful eye over the nursing staff. The nurse practitioner, Kayleigh, is also an asset to the facility. The quality and portions of the food has declined over the past 6 months, and the burgers from the grill are dry and tough; those with dentures may have trouble with those. I witnessed residents in 'assisted living' not receive food because they awaken too late or need assistance filling out the "confusing" menu. For the most part, this is a nice facility, and the residents are wonderful with one another.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My grandmother has been well taken care of and genuinely enjoys the food which is saying a lot coming from a New Orleans native. There are always fun activities for the residents and the staff works hard to ensure that there is a variety of entertainment.

I have been touring senior facilities with a friend and I feel st. Anthony's is a nice place. The apartments are for Independent living are nice, and the prices for this type of situation are midrange. I like that this is a nonprofit and not run by some large corporate business. I would recommend them .

Recommend the facility personnel get in a wheelchair or use a walker and then try to use the public doors- no auto door openers, no ramped thresholds. Only auto door is front door of facility. Not terribly convenient for residents in wheelchairs or walkers who are indeoendent and coming/going via the entrances close to their apt. ADA compliant?

Our family chose St. Anthony’s Gardens two years ago because of the wonderful care and environment for my mother-in-law. We have been very pleased with the Memory Care services and the entire staff.

My mother is a resident. She has lived in the Independent Living apartments, the Assisted Living apartments and is currently in Memory Care. She is well cared for and very happy. It’s a beautiful environment. I’m grateful to the staff.

The buildings and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Rooms and facilities are all new. Help my aunt move in and at first she loved the place. After 3 months, she now wants to leave. She's 86 years old and i don't understand the mind set of someone that age. Whatever her reasoning is, she wants out.

I'm concerned about the care that my father is given in the memory care unit. There isn't enough staff to keep an eye on all the residents. It could be an hour before anyone comes to see if you're alive. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff that is there is very caring. For $12,000 a month, my father should get better care.

I was visiting my family member and decided to have lunch with them & to my surprise the food was excellent. I asked the server who prepared the meal and they said that Tremika was in the kitchen. Kudos Tremika on a meal well prepared!!

It has it's good days and then there's a bump in the road.. Front desk receptionist said that she is "just cut and dry" when trying to ask questions and get assistance when her disposition was acknowledged. One part of me wanted to "put her in her place" but I decided to let my pen do the talking. To say this is a supposed Christ based facility, why is the staff acting like baby devils? Smh. Perception is everything. Reputation is everything. Impression is everything. Wearing the name of the Lord on a business gives visitors the impression that the experience would be gracious. I toured and had lunch at St. Anthony’s Gardens with my aunt Kathryn. It’s an incredible senior community with lots of fun activities. I look forward to my aunt living here and I plan on staying in St. Anthony’s Gardens convenient guest apartment when I visit her from out of town. Pete B
