My aunt and uncle were both there just my aunt now. I’m not impressed at all. This place is literally falling in. They have been working on the dining room for months. Cant pull up under the foyer because it’s falling in. I have had 2 different assistants be rude one about changing the sheets and extra time that particular week and one about delivering the meal to the room. I wish she would find another one.

This is a lovely place with lovely staff and residents, too bad the Executive Director Lori doesn’t care about much. She only cares that she gets her lunch before anybody including the residents. Sometimes the residents have to eat something different because they ran out of food. Maybe if Lori hadn’t eaten first my grandma could have had what was being served. Jerrell is rude, and you can never get him to stop and talk to you. I’ve seen him snap at some of the residents. When asking where I can find the maintenance Director for the forth time, was told he comes in at 5am and leaves early. Never know when he’s in the building or not. Things don’t get done and we’re told well we’re short staffed, it’s to expensive for all these issues. I’m looking elsewhere

Lets begin with saying my grandmother just had a stroke this week and has been living at The Bloom for awhile now and never thought anything bad would happen to her however I was completely WRONG!! I contacted my grandmother by phone on a Tuesday afternoon at 2 PM. Immediately noticed something was wrong she had slurred speech and I was very alarmed because you could barely understand what she was saying. When I hung up the phone with her I called the bloom concerned I talked to the Director, Amanda as the nurse was off duty and Amanda supposedly was a Registered Nurse as well. Amanda said she would check on my grandmother and call me back if there was concern.....Amanda never called me back. Another lady called me at 9:30 PM saying they were taking my grandmother to ER....The bloom lied and said she had had a stroke that night but HOW could she have slurred speech at 2 PM that day and have had the stroke that night at 9:30....Which is a common side effect of having a stroke.. After talking to my grandmother....my husband and I both verified no one ever checked on her until 9:30 PM before the ambulance was called. When we arrived at the ER and had been there an hour we went back to see her and she was coherent enough to have a conversation. Her friends at the bloom also noticed she was acting different at lunch on Tuesday at 12PM ....which means she would have had to had the stroke Tuesday morning or even Monday!! It’s most definitely Neglect and I’m devastated that my healthy grandmother can now not even talk and is in the Hospital! please do not put your family at the bloom! BEWARE they may get hurt or even worse!!

My father has lived at the Bloom at Bossier in an one bedroom apartment for about five years. He likes the friendly staff, the management team and he enjoys visiting with the residence in dinning room. In the warmer weather he enjoys walking on their walking trails. Since the pandemic he has received great care and attention, which very important since I have not been able to visit with him. The staff does daily temperature checks three times a day, watching out for any illness!

The Bloom is a beautiful facility with a peaceful, family atmosphere. The staff really care about the residents and make their well being and happiness a priority. On top of that, the food is excellent. I learned to trust and appreciate the support of everyone from the administrator to housekeeping. Caretaking is stressful, and they listened to me and advised me many times. They not only made my loved ones life better, they made my life easier. Im very grateful to them.

We have decided on Bloom at Bossier. We have a reservation for a studio apartment for my mom. The staff was very nice, professional, and the food was very good home-cooking. We visited some of the residents there who were very nice and seemed very interested in meeting my mother. The administrative staff was very informative. We had a great tour and the place was very homey and nice. The room that my mom is going to have has a wheelchair-accessible shower.

Bloom at Bossier is a little large with three levels, so it's a little big for us. The staff was nice and accommodating to our schedule. The rooms were nice and the food looked and smelled good. The pricing is comparable to other senior places.

Although we did not move mom into the Bloom, due to health issues, it was a very nice community. Loved the fact that they had bible study several times a week, and live entertainment. It was very clean, and much more home like then the other communities we looked at.

I really liked everything that I saw at Bloom at Bossier, including the rooms. The community was brand new and they had just painted everything when I visited. I was also impressed with the beautiful grounds. They have a drawing room, arts and crafts, they had entertainment on a regular basis, and church programs. I liked everybody that I met. The food was nutritious, well-prepared, and clean.

Bloom is very pleasant, very nice, and very clean. They have apartments with a full kitchen, studio apartments, and regular apartments. Its very nice and very spacious. They have elevators that work on generators. They have three or four stations on each floor to do laundry, so the people can do their own laundry or they can do it for them. Once a week, theres housekeeping. They provide the meals, and residents have options if they dont like the meals. Plus, they can have food brought to their rooms.

I went in for a walk through at Bloom at Bossier and the place was excellent place. The rooms were small, but they were adequate and plenty of room for one person. I would recommend this community. If I get to a point that I need one, they are high on my chart.

I was very impressed with Bloom at Bossier. It was very accommodating for the needs of an elderly person and very comfortable. The toured the whole facility, and I saw the different sizes of the rooms that they had to offer.

My overall experience at the Bloom was very nice. The only problem at the time was that it was really too expensive for what we could afford because we were dealing with my sister's past expenses. The rooms and apartments were very nice, and I am hoping that we can move her from where she is now over there. They had all kinds of activities. They shuttled the residents to shopping, restaurants, and doctor office visits.
