I looked at many, many facilities in the area before choosing Bridgepointe to care for my mother. In the year she has been in care there I am assured each and every day that I made the right decision. Every staff member is so well trained and treats each and every resident with care and compassionate kindness, attending their every need. From the moment one steps through the front door the special bond, not only with the residents, but between staff members as well is palpable. It is evident that each and every staff member truly cares about the residents. A true family atmosphere.

The entire staff is absolutely awesome at Bridgepointe. I rate them a"10" out of 5!! YES a "10" out of 5!!! Ronica/Brandi are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Talking to them is like talking to "FAMILY"!!! Our Brother who is normally a loner loves living at Bridgepointe. He talks and smiles more than we've ever seen him do. Their facility is very clean and ran efficiently . We definitively made the right choice out of the many senior assisted living options we had available to us.

Just wanted to take a moment to commend the entire staff at Bridgepointe. We visited other communities in and around Lexington, and felt that Bridgepointe was the right place for our loved one as soon as we walked through the doors. The facility is so nice, the communal areas are "just like home" and the Memory Care rooms are perfect! We've been able to relax and trust that the very best of care is being given. Thank you, everyone at Bridgepointe!!

I am a caregiver with Visiting Angels and sit with one of the residents at Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods so I have the opportunity families don't have to observe day to day care, attitudes and treatment by the facility staff. I can honestly say this is an amazing place with excellent staff. I would have no reservations at all recommending this place. The staff are caring, compassionate, kind and competent. The facility is a nice, clean, beautiful place.

Ashgrove does not like a bad review...this Christian Community is anything but Christian... They interfere in your martial and financial life and then take advantage of the patient..I'm petty sure it's called mine control..they have their own lawyer and of course they're own dr. who are a!l elderly and retired..Believe me this will not stay on their site as it is not an excellent review as the first one was not..but if the shoe fits which in this case it does they are paid to be nice to you...it's all about the money as most nursing homes are.

If you really believe all these reviews no assisted living really is a five star ... They have a turn over in personnel just like all other facilities.. and these people are paid to be nice to you...This facility. Interferes in you personal life and you fiances...making decisions that is to their benefit and not informing you of medical decisions they are making on your partners behalf assuming that you don't care. Long term insurance is their golden goose.

Everyone at Bridgepointe is SO nice and helpful. They treated us like family from the very first point of contact on. The facility is clean and well kept, and you can tell that the staff truly cares about the residents and their family members. You wont go wrong choosing Bridgepointe as your loved ones new home.

My parents have lived in assisted living at Bridgepointe for 5 yrs. It is difficult to rely on others to care for your loved ones, but It is apparent that the nursing and administrative staff love the residents and try best to provide for their individual needs. It was very difficult for my parents to leave their beloved farm in another county, but now they admit this is the best place for them. This has been so reassuring to me, especially during COVID. Although, the restrictions have been difficult for all the residents and families, they have gone over and beyond to fill in what family members usually do and to provide a safe environment whereall have remained safe. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bridgepointe as a second home for your loved one.

Ive been a part of the Christian care community family for going on 7 years now . Everyone works together and we are like family . I love seeing the smiles on the residents faces every morning as they enjoy their breakfast and a cup of coffee with their daily chronicles to read and soft music playing in the background . The laughters heard through the dining rooms as they socialize together and reminisce of days past , sharing about their grandchildren and memories of childhood growing up . Joining together as a group to sing Bible hymns , (Amazing Grace being a popular choice around here ) or anything that comes to mind . Ice cream socials are enjoyed by everyone , especially in the warmer months when the courtyard is able to be utilized. Bridgepointe is the closest thing to home , where love grows and friendships turn into family .

My mother is at this facility. She has been there for over a year. She is on the memory care unit and I couldn’t be any happier. I wasn’t sure i was making the right decision but after talking to her Doctor and staff, I realized it was the best decision for her. She loves it, never asks to go home. I am beyond pleased with the care she receives.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. My family and I am very pleased with her move here . So far everything has worked out well. She in being cared for well, they have a lovely staff here. They are very friendly and upbeat. I know she is safe and in at a good place here. This is a community I would recommend.

My loved one is in the memory care unit. The staff in that unit is very caring and attentive to all the residents. They are well taken care of. The facility is very clean and does not have an odor. The food is also good.

They have done very well receiving my loved one and when I moved him in from the other place it was a night and day difference, he is much happier at Bridgepointe. The caregivers pay attention to him and overall it is very good.
