I absolutely adore Ivy knoll! It is my home away from home. I adore staff and residents both! I have never walked into a facility that is both professionally and emotionally driven. From the director all the way down to maintenance, you will see care and compassion for the loved ones housed in this facility.

I hated this place and was very happy to move. Most of the staff was rude. The serving staff in the dining room would tell me they were out of something and if someone sat at my table ordered what they said they were out of they would serve that person what they told me what they were out of. Th staff were very rude, and when I brought it to their supervisors attention, the supervisor told me I was rude. I think the reason they said that, was me and another person at the table ordered milk and when the server came back we reminded her about the milk. When she came back, she only brought the other persons milk. When I asked about my milk, she said I did not order it and she told me she was not going to bring any to me and she was not coming back to the table and walked away. I was shocked and I stood up in a very loud voice I said, I need some milk please! The supervisor came and told me to sit down and raise my hand if I wanted something. That was one of the reasons I left there.

I have been employed by Ivy knoll on the pc unit for a little over 2 years now and I must say I love it here. The management team is great ! The residents are just like family ! I highly recommend Ivy Knoll as an employer and also for residents ❤

My first beneficial experience with Ivy Knoll came even before I moved in. My son (not easily excited) had toured the facility on my behalf. When he called me with his critique, he was smiling wide, over the phone. He told me Id have more living space than wed thought and that the dining room was set up like a top shelf restaurant. After moving in, I share that original critique and have since learn that, here, little things mean a lot. For instance, if I dont show up for dinner, someone comes, later, to actually lay eyes on me to make sure Im OK. Even though Ivy Knoll provides 3 nutritious meals a day, Ive cooked a slab of baby-back ribs in my full-service kitchen and have actually fixed my own breakfast on occasions. Our fitness room encourages me to keep up in my Physical Therapy.

I was looking for a new home for my 90 mother where she would be happy and comfortable and also have everything she needs in one location. I had talked with many facilities but when I talked to the Sam Cunningham the Director of Ivy Knoll I knew I had the right place. He was a pleasure to work at the beginning and then he turned me over to Carol Reinhardt the Director of marketing who also is a pleasure to work with. They both were very willing to assist me with anything I needed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My mother is in assisted living and has a beautiful one bedroom suite with a full size kitchen and plenty of storage space. I cant say enough about the staff that Sam and Carol have hired. They all are wonderful caring people and have made my mother feel at home since the day she moved in. Ivy Knoll has helped me live my life again because I know that my mom is being very well taken care of everyday. I would highly recommend Ivy Knoll to anyone who is looking for a new home for their ageing parent because they really do care. Thanks to all the staff of Ivy Knoll Don Wildeboer
