We're very impressed! The staff is wonderful and helpful, very attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Dad's been living there 3 months now and is quite pleased and happy. The other residents are friendly, the staff is competent, the building and grounds are clean and lovely, food is good, and there are lots of activities. They have easy-to-schedule shuttle service for appointments and outings. Five stars and two thumbs up for Celebration!

Worked with Karen on respite care. She was fabulous with terrific customer service...quick to respond, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around. I really appreciate the time she spent with me.

Karen Weinfurtner was amazing to work with! We coordinated a move for my mom from Florida to northern KY. There were a lot of moving pieces to coordinate and Karen made the process much less stressful. We were greeted upon arrival by a wonderful team of people who have made the transition for my mom a wonderful experience. Thank you for your support and communication throughout the process.

Celebration Villa of Highland Crossing is a beautiful, secluded senior living community conveniently located near everything. The staff are friendly and personable. A family-oriented community. A ton of activities with a gorgeous piano in the main living room. I heard Karen playing, and it is beautiful.

I toured Celebration Villa of Highland Crossing Thursday and it is a beautiful community. The residents were very friendly and congenial. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. There are many activities and programs for the residents. Celebration Villa of Highland Crossing is a top-notch community.

I am with a local Home Health Agency- Amedisys and was in the other day to call bingo with the residents. We had a great time and everyone was super friendly and appreciative. Staff including activity director Julia were all very warm and welcoming!

Recently my parents moved into an Atria Highland Crossing apartment. This decision was the right choice. The staff is amazing and has a caring spirit. There are many daily activities to choose from including outings. Highly recommend this facility!!

Right now, just looking at places for our Mom, so we do not have to rush into a decision. But, judging from the in-person tour, Atria Highland seems like a very well-kept & clean facility. The staff all seemed calm & competent. The Sales Director, Kristin Cain, took her time to show me all relevant parts of the complex & was very low pressure in her approach, which is always good. The facility is a bit off the beaten path at the top of a hill, but the surrounding countryside is quite peaceful. I noticed a good number of residents playing bingo in the activity room, so the community here seems inviting. I am not sure if my Mom wants to move to Northern Kentucky, but Atria right now is at the top of our list.

Not worth the cost. Having said that, I believe the working staff is as good as I have seen in my 60 years of experience in the health care system. I stress "working staff" not a director-ship who , as a RN was not up to the job and showed no management expertise at all. In large facilities I would recommend a director with extensive personnel management experience . A RN could be a staff member if required As an "independent" the amenities are not worth the cost and leaving is being seriously considered.
