My Mom had been in the rehab part of the Gardens 3 different times. The first time she had been in hospital and just needed to get her strength back. OT/PT are amazing! Very good group and my Mom loved them. They worked wonders. The actual facility is a PIT! Staff was average but not great. Staffed with travelers much of the time. Her room had a worn hole in the carpet. The bed controls were raveled. Faucets were covered in corrosion. Windows had built in shades that could no longer be opened or raised. No Sun shine at all. One day her dirty bed sheets layed on the floor for 2 days in a pile. They just walked by it. PT finally bagged it when I mentioned it. Food was TERRIBLE! One night she was nauseous so they brought her hot dog and pork and beans, REALLY? I had to post a note to staff so they would get her call light reachable.

I've been employed here for 3 weeks and been working in nursing homes off and on for 20+ years. This is by far THE NICEST long-term care facility I've been at.

I have been a caregiver for 10+ years. I take my job personally. I have had clients that have needed rehab. This is by far the nicest. Food employees room set upside. Don't forget they are staffed. I am impressed. I did my clinicals here. I liked it then and I love it now.
