You need to put the name of your place in your text. Getting a random text asking to post a review is weird and I wasnt going to respond because I didnt know who the request came from to verify it isnt some spam and I actually used your services. The facility is fine , the workers are all very nice. I wish there could be more improvement with the assistance given to the residence. The is therapy offered but only if approved by Medicare or Medicaid but this is a rehab facility, why is there nothing offered as a general assistance to get residence back on their feet and out of your facility. There is not enough attention given to HONEST DISABLED PEOPLE NOT people faking disabled to get a check.

The hiring process was fast and smooth and clear about the position. Orientation was informative and my first day on the floor was easy.

My brother and I went to tour this facility last Saturday, The staff is friendly, there was no smell of urine or bowel movement within the long-term care facility or any other units. Patients seem to be happy, And some were talkative. Could Stand to be updated more for the amount that they charge each month for long-term care. We talked to Deanna she is the one that gave us the tour of the facility and answered any questions that we may have, she was more than willing to let us look at the state survey to show what grade that the facility had received. I would give this facility an 8 out of 10, due to they are very Good with the residents, they have a great activities department that involves the residents daily with events that they're having. Patients get showers daily or when requested. The food is okay at this facility. My brother is a younger being that he is 37 and is an incomplete quadriplegic, they have a good number of younger patients within the facility,All in all your family member will be taken care of here.
