Mom has been a resident at Park Meadows for several years and we have been happy with her living situation and are pleased with the changes and updates currently being made. We are also encouraged by the dining menu and return to before Covid dining experience. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and kind.

Nice light and clean facility. Closets are quite large. Two bedroom units are quite livable for us. grounds were attractive.

John Xzenus at Park Meadow was so patient ,and if it wasnt for his knowledge and the true caring for our parents and our family .Now its been about 6 months at Park Meadows and thank goodness because about a month after she got there the love of her life of 48 years passed away during covid, now shes in a safe clean great environment. The staff at the desk and the nurses. Now I do want to say when you first put your parent or parents at assisted living facility its a huge change for them even its absolutely necessary its a change for them and us . It is also a huge weight lifted off everyones shoulders that instead of alone in a house with all the responsibilities living in the house has. Now at Park Meadows three meals a day , everything is taken care of they can do their laundry they can have their laundry done.

Wow, we love Kathy and Daphne at Park Meadows. They made the whole process so much easier during such a difficult time. We cannot believe how hands on and caring they are, not only towards the family, but how much they care for my mom! The facility is light and bright and has a large outdoor area and plenty of room to walk around when not involved in any of the scheduled activities. We love that most every activity can be done by someone with vision issues too. Daphne answered every question and sent us videos of the rooms and entire facility. We feel like we have found moms forever home and are so blessed! We cant wait for this pandemic to be over so we can visit mom in person.

I have lived at Park Meadows for seven years. Over the years there have been many changes. We have always been kept aware of the changes and the deadlines. During the Coronavirus Pandemic everything changed. Park Meadows did an excellent job of providing activities, entertainment and delivered meals during this time with strict guidelines. This enabled the residents to relax and it was less stressful. I enjoy living at Park Meadows and look forward to a New and better Year,

When we were looking for a memory care facility, we were blown away by the professionalism and kindness that the staff at Park Meadows showed. This was such a big decision for mom and our family. The staff at PM were so kind to our family and respectful of my mothers needs. The facilities were clean and fresh, warm and inviting. Mom has been at park meadows about 6 weeks now. We received daily update calls for 2-3 weeks from Kathy. They still call weekly and we are welcome to call her anytime as well. Its been difficult with the Covid situation and not to be able to visit her, but the staff has made the transition much easier for us. The expertise of the staff and nursing personnel reassures us that shes in great hands. We are beyond pleased with our choice at Park Meadows!

My dad is currently living in Memory Care at Park Meadows. Our experience has been incredible. I have found that the staff is always responsive, very caring, and willing to do anything to make his stay more comfortable. We were concerned because hes not been a very sociable guy as hes aged, and thought this type of set up might make him unhappy. We were very wrong. Hes very content and feels well cared for. Kathy, Lorraine and all of the staff have really stepped up to help him get used to being without my mom, and have created a space where he has found some joy again! I would definitely recommend Park Meadows to anyone looking for a place for themselves or a loved one.

Park Meadows is getting five (5) stars from me on having just looked at the property, and getting a tour of the independent living cottages. I rely on what reviews people give people, places, and companies, so should it need to be updated once mom and dad move in at the end of the month, I will. The welcoming feeling was appreciated. So far it seems that the mantra of their business is to have seniors move in and stay active as long as they are physically able. They do have independent living and assisted living apartments in the main complex; as well as, a separate memory care facility. The independent living cottages offer small details that mean a lot to those of our greatest generation, i.e. coat closet, linen closet, washer-dryer in cottage, front porch, back patio to name a few. I cant wait to move mom and dad into their cottage in just a few weeks!

My mother moved here in 2019 and it was great at first. Since then its been a slow and steady decline...the staff is caring and helpful but often shorthanded and has to bring in outside agency personnel. The food is getting really terrible in the restaurant especially at lunch. Many days people send the food back nearly untouched.

My sister-in-law in was in senior living and has been in assisted living for the past 6+ years. Her caregivers in assisted living are reliable and I appreciate how they take good care of her. I do wish the caregivers were paid a higher wage. But that is for another time. We are pleased with the facility for our loved one.

My grandmother spent 2 years at Park Meadows prior to her passing. She was very happy there. It is a very beautiful, well kept atmosphere. The housekeeping staff always kept her apartment clean and were very kind to her. She always had very good things to say about everyone that worked there. Before she got sick, she loved all of the activities that Park Meadows offered. I would recommend Park Meadows to anyone.

As a professional who has been on the many sides of health care - from treating therapist to admissions and marketing, I've always been impressed with Park Meadows! Their staff is knowledge and friendly, and their willingness to achieve patient centered care sets the bar high. Recently, while treating a patient at Park Meadows, I was involved in their dining experience - their resident was on an altered diet and the food was pleasing to the eye, smelled wonderful, and the patient raved about the flavor. The staff was knowledgeable about diet restrictions and prepared the food and drinks to the perfect consistency (which can be a challenge). Kudos Park Meadows!

My mother has lived at Park Meadows for about a year and a half. The staff is one of the friendliest. Park Meadows is always clean and it doesn't have any unpleasant odors lingering. It's bright and cheery and my mom has enjoyed living there. If you are thinking about living here, it's a very good choice. You won't be disappointed.

Want to provide a shout out to the staff and leadership team at Park Meadows. We needed a respite stay for our father on very short notice. The responsiveness and consideration of everyone at Park Meadows was phenomenal and the support that our father received was fantastic from help with daily activities to getting transportation to other close by locations. The the care and kindness of all of the staff came through in their regular interactions with our father. Thank you Park Meadows for helping us out at a really tough time.

I volunteer at The Windsor of Palm Coast regularly and I am always greeted with such appreciation from the staff. I have witnessed the staff and caregivers show respect and love to the residents. Its also so lovely to see committed family members participate regularly with activities and events. I would highly recommend this lovely community.

I take my Sociology classes over to Park Meadows once a semester and they love the warm, friendly atmosphere and the interaction with the residents. Highly recommend Morraine Ridge. The staff, care, rooms, and event planning, truly home away from home! Feels so warm and inviting. Was there as a volunteer to help w Hawaiian days on Friday. Had a wonderful visit w the residents playing games, wheelchair yoga, happy hour w great music and much more. They truly have a lot to offer I would definitely feel comfortable in the care of Morraine ridge for my loved one.
