My uncle loved his time at Anthology. The staff treated him so well and it was obvious how much they cared about him. It gave our family great peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. The facility is beautiful and very warm and inviting. They provide lots of activities and are very friendly. The management team is always helpful and available to answer questions. I was looking for a place for my mom and had been looking at three different locations in the Olathe area and really liked the environment at Anthology of Olathe because of there warm and friendly staff. The sales person was genuinely interested in my moms situation and knew how important her comfort and piece of mind was in finding a place she would be comfortable. We found the right place. After two months mom has settled in and we couldn’t be happier.

Anthology of Olathe is a blessing to our family. My mother is in their memory care unit. She is enjoying her stay there. When we were looking for a place for her I was dreading the thought of her feeling alone. This place has been quite the opposite. They keep her very active and she told me she is having a ball. My step dad recently moved into the independent living area so he could be closer to her. The staff has done everything possible to accommodate all of our needs and wishes. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The staff is upbeat and friendly. They have made a tough situation very comforting. A good place to consider visiting.

Myself, my brothers and Sister and our spouses along with our Dear Mother, Ruth were simply treated spectacularly☺ The private dining room was decororated exsquitly and it felt as if we were in a fine dining restauraunt. My mom lived at Travanse in Memory Care for over a year and a half. The facility is beautifully decorated and very clean. She was well taken care of, the food was prepared by a chef, and I especially loved the staff members. I felt they loved their jobs and the people they cared for. There were many activities offered each day, and a special dinner was given once a month. They also had outings during nice weather months, and they planned celebrations, inviting family members to attend. I would happily recommend Travanse to my friends and family. --Kay Cooper

We have not, at this time made a decision on our plans for my grandparents, and what is best for them and the family as a whole; however the tour I had at Travanse was truly wonderful. Rachael took tons of time to address my questions and concerns, and a full in-depth tour of the facility. She has followed up and been very low-pressure, and understanding of the place we are at in the process of searching. Everyone I met that day was incredibly friendly and helpful, the facility was exceptionally clean and well kept - and I have to say the cafe area's food smelled INCREDIBLE!

Travanse Living is such an amazing place for our mother to live! Everyone “goes the extra mile and with a smile” to keep their Residents happy and content. We have had a Mexican Train dominos group of ladies which our mother belonged to for years before moving to Travanse. We were very sad that she would have to drop out of that group until the Staff at Travanse offered us a private dining room in which to meet and play dominos....and they bring all of us lunch! All the members of the group rave about being so pampered to be waited on. Travanse also honored our mother’s wish to take “one last train ride” The Railroad had always been a part of her life with her father, husband and a son who had worked for the Railroad. Travanse Living and Crossroads Hospice arranged a memorable train ride aboard The Kansas Belle Dinner Train! What a wonderful and unexpected experience it turned out to be for a 102 year old! This review could go on and on as everything about Travanse is exceptional... from the cheery welcome we receive on coming in the door, the tasty meals, the friendly staff, the experienced nurses, great Beauty shop, movie theater and the clean rooms. I am a vendor and I go to this facility several times a week. Staff is always happy, and very helpful. Residents all seem very happy and clean and are always doing some fun activity. You can definitely tell management cares deeply for the staff, as staff members are always happy to be there, and it’s very evident they love their residents as they are family.

This is a great place for your elderly relative. My mom has been here for 8 months and she loves it! The staff is very personable; and if you have a concern to share, they are open to feedback. They have resolved our small issues promptly and to our satisfaction. My mom loves the exercise facilities and the in house activities. She loves the weekly ice cream socials, Bingo & Parkinson’s yoga. Great environment & communication between staff and family is outstanding!

My family was impressed with the facilities and care provided by Travanse but also the ability to quickly respond to our familys needs was tremendous. My Aunt moved into Travanse not long after they opened the Olathe location. There was maybe 5 people in the Memory Care Unit at that time. From the first day I felt as though my Aunt would be well taken care of. She was the sweetest lady you could meet and the staff loved her sense of humor and very quick wit. The facility was brand new and had a few growing pains over the time she was with them but not once did I feel as though the care she was getting was not I wanted for her. I visited her quite often and got to know all the staff as they are very friendly and more than helpful with any request we made. Michelle was our lifeline to my Aunts care and was always helpful, caring and respectful of our needs. My Aunt is not with us anymore but I know the last few years she was happy and very well taken care of at Travanse.

My mom stayed at Travanse Living at Olathe for 30 days under their Recover Well-respite care program, and we couldnt have been happier. The remodeling of this former Holiday Inn was really nicely done and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Angie, the Lifestyle Specialist, took a lot of time showing us around--twice and on short notice-Saturday while we looked for a temporary place until my mom was well enough to live on her own. We never felt pressure to sign a contract, and Angie gave us good, honest advice even when it didnt benefit her or Travanse. She really knows her job and how the assisted living-independent living business works. The facilities and activities are unmatched--especially for the price and convenient location, and it will be our first choice if we have to make a decision in the future for a longer-term arrangement. The front desk was always staffed when we entered, (usually by Kim who was always friendly and helpful) and the bright and cheery decor were more like a nice hotel rather than an assisted living facility. Although my mom gave the food average ratings for menu dependability and taste, compared to what she experienced in two rehab facilities, it looked like a big improvement to me. Bring your own spices and give them some slack for staffing-stocking for a 100+ room facility that is at 20% capacity. The planned activities included cooking and crafts in a beautiful activity room, and they also have a cozy and comfortable theater. As a point of reference, we visited two other facilities and talked to staff at probably six more, and Travanse was the clear winner--at the same price or less than facilities that were a lot further away and not well preserved.
