I love the nurses that care for my mother in law, Susan. She’s in LTC and everyone is so sweet and kind. Wonderful care and extremely clean.

Glad my mom could speak for herself and knew she had already had her medication I noticed different nurses come into her room and tried to give double medication within about 2 hrs. apart she spoke up and told the nurse she already had taken her medication on that day. Overall, the staff: Nursing, housekeeping, Therapy and food services was great, and we felt apart of the family @ Via Christi Village Manhattan! My mother really enjoyed her month stay and said after she is better, she would love to volunteer at the skilled nursing Ascension Living. Note there really needs to be more staffing on the overnight shifts some nights/early morning it would take the nurses several hours to come in her room after she had pulled the alert button near her bed. She stated that she could hear staff talking and laughing but no one came to check what she needed. These issues and concerns were brought up to the social worker who was awesome at trying to resolve these issues. Please consider hiring more nursing staff so the Village can continue to be a safe and loving place to live.

It is great to visit with my wife in person in her room inside now that restrictions have been loosened up. I just wish her room was a bit larger cause its difficult to get the lift in the room to transfer her. Also I think there needs to be more staffing

This is a great facility. The rehab unit is great. The therapy team is outstanding and got my Aunt back home in no time. The staff is truly amazing here.

The nursing staff is great here! Very caring and attentive. Other residents seem to love living here and are happy. My aunt was here in rehab and she recieved stellar care the whole time. The therapy team is absolutely amazing!

The staff -- nursing, housekeeping, administrative, therapy, and food services -- is outstanding. My mother's health has greatly improved. Everyone is empowering her to thrive despite slight memory loss and limited sight. They've given my mother dignity in her final years!
