Fairways of Ironhorse helped make moving my in-laws from their home of 42 years in Austin, Texas so easy! We adore the staff. Servers are the sweetest kids and genuinely love the residents. Restaurant style meals are delicious. Apartments are a great size and in unit washer/dryer a plus. Richard does maintenance and is so great to work with and so patient! It is really like being at a resort! Thank you, thank you, thank you Sheila for helping us get in so quickly!

This community is different from many of the others that claim to be independent living in Johnson County. I have been looking for options for my parents and I was intrigued by this idea of a smaller community setting. I loved the concept behind the dining program, and the amenities that come along with living there. I also love that it is a pet friendly community and was lucky enough to meet 2 of the residents walking their dogs, a gentleman coming back from the putting green, and some lively folks up in the bar. The staff seemed very friendly all the residents I talked to seem to like living in a smaller place where they feel like they know everyone and the food is good. This will be top on my list to bring my mom back to.

I love the location. The Community is smaller, more personal and intimate. I love the boutique style of the building. Food is excellent, staff is great. It has a pleasant environment. Beautiful views and surroundings. Building is secure and safe.

I was looking for a place that seemed like home. I was also tired of living in a large home while only using a small portion of it. Now, I am saving money and I do not have the stresses of owning a home either. My new home is just the right size for me and if I didnt want to be alone, there is plenty of fellowship here. Its my home, but I have a little town just down the hall.

We are excited that this was a new building and the wonderful location in Leawood. Now that we are here, the food is excellent and we are very impressed by Kim with exercise. We would enjoy having even more balance and strength classes

The building is brand new and very clean. I love the apartment style, especially becuase of the in-suite washer and dryer. The location is perfect. Dining is always great here. I like the activities they offer here, such as the art classes.

We love the great staff and amenities that are here. THe food is delicious and they have a very friendly dog atmosphere. Plus no buy-in! We really enjoy the camaraderie, the exceptional service and the saltwater pool
