Love my apartment and staff. The hallway carpets need to be replaced. They were recently cleaned but you couldn't tell. If replaced this would help with bed bug and roach problems.

These people have been so amazing. I can not wait for my cousin Jodi to move. She won't stop talking about how sweet and helpful the staff is.

Bedbugs Not only seniors Its a bit of a dump, the rooms are nice but the building it self is filthy. Doesnt look like its been thoroughly cleaned in years. The inside was obviously a hotel at some point and it still feels like it. Pour lighting in the hallway, cheap paint job some areas not fully painted. Very old stained carpet some spots being held together with tape. The walls are dinged up some spots have pieces missing. It really dirty i dont beleive they have a cleaning crew. The outsides not much better. The carport is falling apart, found a few dead rats in the parking by the trash. Filthy pair of underwear in the parking lot, pothole all over. The stairs in spots are missing concrete, the side of the building has rust all down it from the AC units. It's dingy and just not very pleasant to walk around in... for the price i would expect something kind of nice. If theres a maintenance staff they need to be fired for the poor look, if they have a cleaning team...they are blind if they think they are cleaning.

This place is fantastic & affordable. Everyone is very friendly & helpful & the view is beautiful. It's also conveniently located. My family is so thankful for this place as it allows my father in law to live independently a bit longer. Highly recommended.

Jessica the manager is one of the kindness and caring person, she works hard for you to make sure you are welcomed with open arms and warm hearts. I would recommend Victory Hills to any senior who wants to live where manager and staff care about your living area, I am so happy my wife and I are moving here, we are excited

Moved in on June the 1st 2019 the staff has been nothing but helpful and nice. My apartment was /is extremely nice. The residents are very nice several introduced themselves. I very happy with my choice to live at Victory Hills.

If your looking for a place for mom and dad, this is the place, staff very nice and helpful, only negatives trying to get hold of mgmt, they are very busy so an appt email or text is the best way to go. Place smells clean all the time apts well maintained, cable,electricity,water,gas all included in rent, appts very nice, 2 bedroom have a dishwasher,stove,fridge...staff great and on top of everything....great experience!

I have heard both good and bad about this place. I have seen first hand drug related activity in the parking lot visiting someone there. But have seen happy, healthy people living there.

Food is gross. Seen roaches in the dining room. Seen evidence of roaches in my grandmothers apartment. Staff is not always friendly. One of the elevators has been broken for over a year. They only have 2 elevators. So 1 working. That has to be a safety issue. And Victory Hills is still way overpriced.
