Apartments are very secure, quiet and clean with modern amenities. The apartment management and maintenance staff are courteous, friendly and are very professional and top-notch.

Things are not always the way they're marketed. Nice amenities that are not available. COVID of course is the reason. The seniors here are truly afraid of management evicting them should they be caught socializing in the common areas. Vacinated, masked, social distancing- doesn't matter. It's NOT allowed. As if seniors aren't isolated already. To demand, imply, or plain out & out threaten them with write ups/evicitions is unacceptable. And I was just a tag along on someone else's visit there. I would NOT have any loved one of mine there as it stands. It's housing not incarceration. What on earth is going on YARCO? And that manager...what a power trip she's on. Shame, shame, sham
