I lived in the Plaza Towers for a year. I did like my place however the management here is terrible. When I moved in they didn't clean my room at all, there were dead bugs on the floor and the place was gross, I had to clean it myself before moving my furniture up. The air conditioner and garbage disposals were both broken when I moved in as well and I had to put in orders to get them fixed. My kitchen didn't come with shelves in the cabinets, I had to make them myself. There are cockroaches throughout the whole building. I found one in my apartment, caught it, took it to the office and they never did come over and spray my place. There are key cards to to the building and they will not give you an extra, if you forget or lose it you are locked out of the building. Also if you go to get another one they make you go pick it up at Dillons yourself and bring it back, they do not have the cards on hand like they should. The fire alarms go off very frequently. You can hear trains and the church bells every hour. The air conditioners do not cool enough! You will need lots and lots of fans! With this being said I did enjoy living there, despite all the problems, I would recommend if you are looking for a very cheap place for a short amount of time.
