As we toured we were made aware of the current facilities as well as future improvements. Tara was very professional, yet compassionate in directing our tour as my loved one was accompanying me.

Omg!!! Such beautiful remodeling work being done here... So inviting, peaceful and serene. I'm so excited to see the entire project finished... but what an amazing example of listening to your clients and families wants & needs... What they would like for their loved ones. Clients needs & wants being met. Personal chef creating great pastries and snacks. Great outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. Beautiful surroundings and landscaping. A theater room. Personal conference room too schedule events for your family events, along with a gourmet kitchen to cook & use with the family. It's a must see. Unique events & activities... Whether you're looking for, independent living, assisted living, or intensive care. Legends can customize your loved ones needs to be met. Ask for Hope or Tara... they'll show you around your loved ones next oasis. Peaceful and serene.

Mom has been a resident of Legend of Hutchinson since November 2020. We are just thrilled with the Administration, caring Nurses & Staff. Mom needed 24 hour care & Legend stepped up in a big way. We can go to work & rest assured Mom is safe! I also have to send a shout out to the Activities Director & her Staff. They have a ton of fun games, crafts & exercises to stimulate each resident. Mom, being a "Social Butterfly" really needs interaction with others. She & her "gal pals" play a pretty mean game of domino's after dinner. As far as cost, Mom's apartment & care is very reasonable! You cannot put a price on the care, security, & happiness of a loved one. I will say, I have seen other facilities with a lot higher costs & a lot less care & compassion. I can't thank Nabeel Khokhar & his staff enough for taking such great care of "Mom" Well done!

We needed a place for my father in asst living and his wife she is in memory care.the visit with Tara and everyone to the administrator they are so kind my father is happy and my family aproves clean and rich feeling just like home .This is one of the best places in reno county.Thank you make us feel like family. My father has been in Assisted Living at this location for for 3 years. We were concerned when there was a lot of employee turnover after the transition to Legends ownership. However, I can now say without any hesitation that Nabeel and his staff have done a phenomenal job during this pandemic. I know that it has been a very stressful time for everyone, but the staff at Legends has always been both understanding and transparent to family members. Most importantly, my dad is in good hands and is always appreciative and complementary of the staff (and the food!), as well. God bless them all.

I have been at Brookdale for almost a year. I came because I needed to eat better, need more interaction and fellowship with people. I was even thinking of giving up my car. Brookdale has met all my needs plus more. I have needed rehab. I got it right here in the building in my own room. I had a knee replacement. Brookdale furnished some of that transportation back and forth. Then more rehab after I returned to the building. They also installed some helpful aides in the bathroom that made my day easier. I think we have very good food also. Just last week I ask why we could not have cinnamon and sugar when we had sweet potatoes. I was told to note it on the menu. I did just that today.. MMmm the sweet potatoe was much better! Thanks We have many activities. We can perticipate or not. One that I like is art. We have a blank canvas some pictures we can copy or use our own ideas (usually seasonal). We laugh, encourage each other, and maybe even have a glass of wine. Then when all are finished our director hangs our masterpiece in the hall. Such fun! My other favorite is exercise. Yes I said exercise. It is chair exercise but we do have a good workout that helps keep us in better shape. We do that 3x a week usually to music and once again much hilarity. Laughter is so good for our health. We have call buttons if we need help in the room or if we are some where in the building needing help. There are aids on duty 24-7 and a nurse on call 24-7. But in the building 8 hrs a day. I take care of my own meds but many have their meds brought to them in a timely manner. Great help for it is so easy to forget or take meds twice. I still have my car but have found it a blessing to be taken to the front door of doctors office, beauty shops,etc. I do not need to find a parking place, run in the rain or snow, heat. Just get out of the bus at the door call when finished to be picked up again at the door. Delivered to the front door of Brookdale. To me this is a wonderful place, much love and care is given here. And if you would like to talk to me in person I am sure Brookdale of Hutchinson, Ks would be glad to put you in contact with me. If you are looking for a new place to live a carefree but active life..Brookdale is the place for you. Mary Blanche Jared

My grandmother has moved into the memory care unit and is so happy. She is having a wonderful experience. The staff is so curtious and professional. I am very pleased at the level of care and love she is getting. The experience has been a pleasant one.

My dad has been here since December of 2016 and I couldn't ask for a better place for him to live. He has independence, but has a staff that is willing to help him with anything. He's made a lot of friends and is a welcome ambassador to welcome new people. He absolutely loves it...and so do we!

I'm an associate at Brookdale and it is such a caring and passionate community not only to the staff but to the residents and their families as well. I have definitely grown here as a person and as well as an employee, making my way from a CNA, to an Escort Aide, to the Receptionist. I have been working here since January of 2017 and I absolutely love the environment and all of the residents that we have in our community.
