Here’s a problem with these reviews by employees, the reviews that were put on here for my employees were part of a quid pro quo,meaning they get drawing tickets to win prizes at their monthly parties if they do these type of reviews. So honestly all they really are as falsified documented reviews put on by management.

Each department does an amazing job of advocating for the residents and improving care at the facility. I am proud and honored to be interning with such an amazing team and learning real work experience from skilled professionals.

It's a great place to bring your family,they have the best staff and have an awesome therapy department that's ready to start the road to a better tomorrow. First impressions count and when you walk in you're greeted the environment smells good and is clean. Avalon Springs has different food options and many activities including happy hour and themed meals. Everyone is going the extra mile to make your stay memorable.

I have worked for Trilogy Health Services for almost ten years and it has by far been the best company that I have ever worked for. Trilogy is a company that truly invests in their employees and provides numerous training and learning opportunities to help one advance within the company. Trilogy puts our residents health care and emotional needs as their top priority and are always reinvesting in ways to ensure this is happening. A great thing about Avalon Springs is the longevity of our management team. Key roles such as the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Dietary Services Director, House Keeping Director, Business Office Director, Social Service Director, Life Enrichment Director and our Therapy Team have been with Trilogy for more than 6 years and some being with the company for more than 10! Other facilities in the area do not have that kind of longevity. Avalon also has many other staff members across various departments that have been with Avalon for 5 or more years! The management and staff at Avalon Springs deliver care with compassion and empathy. They truly care for all our residents and do their best in ensuring that all their needs are met. Although we are not perfect, we strive to be. And I would absolutely trust that any of my loved ones would be in the best hands here.

Although we have had our struggles over the past few years we have been able to provide for our residents without the use of outside staffing agencies.

Avalon Springs goes above and beyond in so many ways. From the admissions team communicating with families/giving tours to environmental services keeping everything very clean, from maintenance keeping all paint fresh and everything in working order to the variety of great food that the kitchen provides, from the care from the nurses and CNA's of the residents like they are their own family members to the people behind the scenes doing billing, employee recruiting and MDS, finally from therapy to activities who constantly have something to keep residents busy and improve their well being. There are a lot of moving pieces that this place seems to have working like a well oiled machine. Many employees have been worked there for years, some for 10 which is a true testament to them doing so many things right.

My Mother-in-law has been in the assisted living at Avalon for 6 months now. She enjoys it and we have also enjoyed it. The staff that we have encountered, have all been very pleasant and helpful. Billie is a staff member that is amazing and goes above and beyond. The food, activities and outings have been enjoyed by my Mother-in-law also. We have had a positive experience at Avalon.

I have worked at Avalon as a nurse for over 7 years. I enjoy coming to work everyday and taking care of our residents. Trilogy is a great place to work and offers many great benefits to their employees. I'm currently finishing my RN through Trilogy's education assistance program and plan to advance as the Assistant Director of Nursing. If you're looking for a great place to work or a great place to bring your loved one then Avalon is that place!

I absolutely love working for Avalon Springs. The facility is clean, my coworkers are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a loved one who is in need of rehab, I don't think I'm biased but, they are the best in town!!! We offer respite and memory care. If you are looking to grow in your professional career this is the company you want to be a part of. Our leadership team has longevity; we have been together for so long it's like working with family. We truly care for our residents as if they were our own family members.

This is a great and clean facility with attention to detail. The therapy staff is the best in the region and the food is so well made. The housekeeping staff cleans so well!! They pay attention to details and keep the environment safe and clean. And the nurses are very caring and make you feel like you're at home.
