Therapy has been wonderful and they are all friendly. They allowed me to voice my opinions on my therapy plan. All the staff at Forest Park has been friendly to me. Housekeeping has been great. Linda, in housekeeping has always went above and beyond for me. The Assisted Living Director, Alyssa, has been outstanding. She is the nurse over my wife, who is on Forest Park's memory care hallway. She always listens to my concerns regarding my wife!

It has been my husband, Mike Schlotterbeck's fourth pleasure to be a guest at Forest Park. His therapy, staff and the cleanliness of the building has been overwhelming. If he did not love it here he would not have come back for a fourth time. The care has been exceptional. The employees make you want to stay and not go home. I want to give a special shout out to Heather Graham for always being kind and eager to help. It is always a pleasure coming in to visit. The dietary has been great and served wonderful food. The holiday parties are so nice for the residents and families to uplift their spirits.

A tenant of mine went there after an accident following his hospital visit and was sent there for therapy. He liked it. He said they helped him get back onto his feet and helped with other health issues he didn’t know he had. Thanks to their staff.

Last year my dad went through a very scary time when he had to have triple bypass surgery. I knew he was going to need therapy and somewhere to go for a few weeks to recover. I chose Forest Park in Richmond, Indiana for him and I am so glad I did! Honestly the first day my dad cried about not going home. When it was time for him to leave, I was shocked when he said maybe he should stay a little longer. We experienced the best nursing care, the best therapy, kind and supportive staff, and not to mention the food was pretty good! Every question or concern I had was answered. The therapy he received helped my dad so much! I felt like God helped me find the right place for him!! I’m so thankful for everyone at Forest Park who played a role in my dad’s recovery from open heart surgery!

I was there from February 4thUntil March 28thThe staff is good but there's not enough they're stretched Way Too Thin overworked underpaidI'm not sure management understands what's going on. The aids have to get people up bathe them dress them then take a lot of the to the cafeteria to feed them this leaves no help on the floor to take care of the other patients . I waited over an hour to get out of my wheelchair ™ on more than one occasion. Long enough to pee on myself my chair ’ my lift pad and the floor. Peeing on me and my things is no bigg deal just clean us up but the floor that was different the floors were carpet and no one had a carpet cleaner so they are dirty and sticky. I gave it 3 stars because the staff is A+ . The food is not Excellent it is far from it it is Mediocre at best. Many patients complain but it dosen't change the staff goes out to eat mostly or bring it from home. A lot needs fixed and for $10000 a month I expected better.

We moved my grandfather here, so many promises that they’ll do. Add a string to the light to read - over a month and two or three work orders, still not fixed. I brought 6 or 7 Vials of Insulin and four days after we arrived, We were charged $90. for three more bottles. - One week in they gave him insulin at night. He fell and hsd to go to hospital, my grandfather is going to be 93 on Thanksgiving
