Everyone at Arbor was extremely helpful and caring. It was a great feeling to know that he was being well taken care of while I was away. He adored the nursing staff and therapists. The staff took great care in seeing that all his needs were met and that he was comfortable. He enjoyed the food and the clean atmosphere. Thank you all for your professionalism.

My mother entered assisted living at Arbor Trace 2 weeks ago and it has all gone extremely well. The other residents welcomed my mother, she likes the food, and it is in a convenient location for other family members to visit and to go out for a meal. The staff seems very professional and the facility is clean. In addition, it is rated highly by the State of Indiana.

When our father had a stroke last year, we needed to find a place that could care for him while he recovered since all family members lived out of town. He told us that if he ever needed to be somewhere if he was unable to care for himself, it would be at Arbor Trace. Fortunately, there was a temporary respite room open. The entire staff at Arbor Trace treated our father as if he was their own father. He was able to receive the right therapy's so he could relearn how to communicate with us and how to care for himself. Excellent rehab staff. Putting a loved family member into Assisted Living is not easy for anyone to do. The staff worked as a team with all of us. We cannot thank the Arbor Trace staff enough for the care and respect they showed our father and our family during this difficult time of transition.

The administrators of Arbor Trace truly care about the residents. They always have a kind and understanding word about and to the residents, even in such trying times as they are dealing with Covid.

Wendy was awesome at getting my dad into the greatest rehab facility in the area! She worked with Reid Hospital and the transition was set up within a day! The staff is wonderful, caring and exceptional! My mom and dad have both been at Arbor Trace previously, they are like an extended family….

My parents moved into Arbor Trace about 3 weeks ago. I'm very pleased with the process up to them moving in along with the 3 weeks they've been there. Very professional staff and every need is being met. I would highly recommend Arbor Trace to anyone looking for a place for assisted living.

My mother has been a resident at Arbor Trace for over two years now. The staff and administration has been wonderful! It is hard to have a family member in a facility but I can truly say the staff at Arbor Trace provide my mother with wonderful care. They do a awesome job of keeping me informed of all her health, social and physical needs! I can not thank the Arbor Trace staff enough for the specialized care and friendship they provide to my mother.

My mother in law is there now. Love the place. From Christine at physical therapy and Elizabeth the nurse to Carla over at assisted living. They have all been terrific. They are becoming like family to us. A pleasure to be around with.

My dad Randall Pruett is there at arbor trace for rehabilitation, yesterday was the firlst time i was able to go see him and he looked great.. The women Behind the desk i spoke to was very kind and its clean ..my dad is my everything so i keep a close eye, im gratddeful hes there bc arbor trace is a great nursing home.. I usually Dont post things or do review but i need everyone to know my dads being taken very good care of..also my aunt was there a few yeaes back b4 she has to go to Ambassador on a vent n they treated her well too.
