Excellent care, kind and caring staff on every level, the ONLY facility I trust to care for my mom.

I just wanted give the Willows of Newcastle the credit they deserve. This is a lovely facility. Is it the newest and the best looking...no , but do they love and care for their residents like family...yes. I am always greeted with respect and a big smile and always feel like I can talk to staff. My client who recently moved there feels at home and thinks the food is wonderful. This place is a little gem. Thank you!!!
