I have a relative at Glen Oaks and the care has been exceptional. Sandy is kind, friendly and available to help in any way possible. The nursing staff, especially Lisa and Lynn, are very caring. Everyone goes out of their way to make your loved one feel special. They also go out of their way to get to know family members and make them feel welcome when they visit. The therapy provided is top notch and therapist Monica and her assistant are friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job communicating. The dining staff do a nice job providing a variety of quality foods. Sometimes meals have themes and they play music, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. Residents receive a daily list of activities they can participate in, too.

This facility is absolutely amazing facility. The staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Sandy, Tiffany and Monica are so kind and caring. I simply can't say enough good things about this campus and staff.

My mother lived with me for 3 years. I wanted to take care of her till the end but it just got to hard. It was a heartbreaking decision to put her in a nursing home but after visiting Glenn Oaks I felt she was going to be well taken care of and she has! I am very pleased with the facility and staff.

Always clean and cozy! You can always find residents walking the halls, engaged in an activity or enjoying a beautiful day in the courtyard. The team is friendly and ready to help. Whether offering assistance to residents or planning the next fun event, it is evident that the staff is passionate about what they do. We are lucky to have a facility that can accommodate individuals that are interested in assisted living, skilled services, or memory care in our community.

Mom's favorite little spot at Glen Oaks. She loves the staff here and has met so many new friends! She loves this swing in the courtyard. We sit out here and listen to her favorite band, The Beatles! This place has become like family to us. Special thanks to Sandy Ammerman, Tiffany Manning and entire team for making this transition as smooth as possible. We are forever grateful!

Glen Oaks has been wonderful with my mom who has been in the skilled nursing and the assisted living areas. We are so appreciative of the care she has received. The staff especially "Big John" and Monica truly care about their residents. Big John has gone above and beyond to make sure that my mom has gotten the care that she deserves.

My loved one is at Glen Oaks Health Campus. I am so appreciative of all the nursing staff and the therapy department, and everyone that works there. They treat my family like their own family. They truly care and it shows! They keep the campus very clean. The staff has been excellent. They have been kind and so helpful during my rehab. The rehab staff is top notch. I met my goals with their assistance. The building Environmental staff was extremely diligent in keeping the facility clean. My only complaint is the bed. It was like sleeping on a camping cot

I have a relative that is a current resident. I was first greeted by the driver for Glen Oaks Health Campus. He told me it was a wonderful place and he had a family member there. Then I talked with Sandra the community service representative. What a kind and wonderful woman. She showed me around the place and introduced the staff. Everyone I met there was so kind and understanding. Donna the memory care nurse is very involved with patient care and I felt very comfortable with her. The building is wonderful and very clean. They have many activities and entertainment for their people. I looked at many places in a 100 mile radius and this was by far the best. You just get a good feeling being there and you know your family member will be taken care of with out a doubt.

I am very happy with Glen Oaks. The staff treats my loved one with the utmost respect and care. The facility is clean and well cared for. The therapy department is top notch and the activities department provides a variety of outings, crafts, games, gardening, etc. to keep all residents engaged and thriving. When faced with the difficult decision to place a loved one in assisted living, I highly recommend Glen Oaks!

Very grateful to Glen Oaks for the wonderful care given to my husband. Nurses Susan and Rene along with the Physical Therapy crew made his stay much shorter due to the care he received. Also Glen Oaks has the best CNA and aides - we will always be extra appreciative of Allyson ! Special Thanks to Sandy Ammerman who made such a traumatic experience so much easier !
