Why Joe & I like Silvercrest I never ever thought I would leave my house in Georgetown. One of our neighbors was sent here for Rehab. We came to visit him. I think it was Elizabeth that showed us around. We were really impressed. We were both nearing 80 years old. Joe was getting tired of mowing 3 acres of grass every week and shoveling snow in winter. Without even talking to our 5 children we decided to move here. We were especially impressed with the patio home up against the woods, which we were used to at our house. We have never regretted our new home here and all the friends we have made and enjoying the clubhouse and activities. We enjoy breakfast every morning and an evening meal once a week. The staff is wonderful in all they do for us as far as activities, cleaners once a week, outings on the bus, and games & activities in the clubhouse. Thank you so much for all you do here!

For the past three years, our uncle received wonderful care at Silver Crest Assisted Living. The 3rd and 4th floor nurses and aides, Rehab, Dining Room, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Admin Teams were always kind and compassionate. We always appreciated their help and support.

Sherry, Zeppln were awesome, the entire staff on the 2nd floor and the dinning staff to the therapist you always have smiles. Took a tour of Silver Crest today with the Lifestyle Community Director. I forget her name. She was very good and the info provided was informative. We are looking for a place for my mom to go after being in acute rehab. This will be the place we choose! Very nice!

Overall care at Silvercrest is top notch due primarily to a staff that gets to know and appreciate each unique resident. Assistant Director of Nursing Betty Galligan is one such example. She works intentionally to meet the needs of individual residents. It is rare to catch her without a smile on her face or pep in her step.

My in-laws moved from IL to Silver Crest into their patio home. They were together for 5 years before "Mom" needed assisted living. We were so pleased and amazed with the care and concern for her by Betty Galligan (and her staff). Betty just went above and beyond to help and communicate with our family. This is a simple review, Silvercrest has superior talent working with my mother. The chief talent is Betty Galligan‘. She and her assembled staff allow me to trust how well my 101 Parent is career for on a daily basis. She goes beyond the basics. She set a very hugh bar for personal care in any institution. A smile goes a long way, but so does action. Betty leads they way in both categories.

Silvercrest is a beautiful, welcoming and safe facility. The staff’s interaction is warm, friendly and helpful. The nurses are skilled and attentive to our mom’s needs. In particular, Nurse Betty extends compassionate care and an empathetic ear to hard situations. She is kind and has a calming presence. She hears and reassures our mom which brings much comfort to her. Nurse Betty’s dedication to her residents is an incredible asset for Silvercrest. We are thankful for Nurse Betty and her exceptional care of our mom!

My mother was at silvercrest for rehab after fracturing her shoulder and then she went to the Assisted Living there. She received exceptional care in both rehab and Assisted living. The staff showed compassion and a great deal of patience.

Omg !! We only did a tour today but the facility and staff are beyond AMAZING !! We have been hesitant to put our Mom anywhere but the visit today lmk that there are great places out there and I feel some relief. Dances , happy hours , great food , activities. Heaven on Earth

Horrible med delivery. Got incorrect meds twice. Missed meds one evening. Terrible packaging for trip. Brought half back due to not remembering if had taken them. Just bottles full of pills. Room not cleaned very well.

Silver Crest does not call back I have asked for two weeks to talk to the nurse practitioner and no call back. Called two days in a row to talk to the therapist and nurse no answer or never returned my calls. Took over a week to get a mattress changed after asking everyday. If call after 5pm no answer. The facility smells like urine as soon as you step off the elevator on the second floor. I'm up the early of the morning almost every day and I find my mother slumped over in a chair. Doctors orders is she needs to keep her legs elevated. Food portions are very skimpy and the nurse call button takes for ever to answer

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Silvercrest. They took such great care of my grandmother with dementia. They treated her like she was their own family member. Nurses and CNAs truly are angels on earth.

This is an excellent facility. You feel like you are walking into a 5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and call patients by name. They have good rehab. I have a family member recovering from a stroke that has been there for 3 weeks. It is clean, no nursing home smells. I highly recommend it.

Silvercrest is a very warm, homey atmosphere that is nice for residents of many many categories. They offer lots of activities to surely our life back into our elders! The therapy staff is beyond the best. Very efficient and hard working people!! Environmental services keeps the building looking just like home! If you want a team of people who are passionate about your family, silvercrest is a great fit for your family!

Beautiful historic setting that was used as a TB hospital many, many years ago! The staff are wonderful for the most part- always a couple bad apples in every bunch, but 99.5% are very attentive and caring!

There is so many grea things I can say about this place. It's a very beautiful building, the staff is friendly, the residents/patience look so happy and taken care of. This facility has serveral floors that are clean and doesn't have the horrible smells like most nursing facilities. The Halls are not filled up with different sorts of nursing equipment. The nursing stations are small and not stuck out like a sore thumb. The staff are dressed in polos and khakis- instead of them hospital feeling scrab uniforms. The campus is smoke free. The food is amazing. The dinning room is amazing. Its set up in a restaurant style dinning. There are several servers that take your order and serve you. It's like being in a fancy restaurant. There's none of them ugly food trays setting around everywhere. Overall I would stay here as a resident without any questions ask.

How this place has great ratings is beyond me. It's a beautiful setting and nice facility...but other than that it's pretty awful. The care that is provided is mediocre. My grandmother was in and out of this place multiple times over the course of a year and it was a horrible experience for her.
